This was a last-minute adjustment after the hurricane Isaias disrupted other plans. The condo is comfortable and beautiful; loads of dolphin sightings from the balcony. We all enjoyed the lazy river, too!

Fantastic! Had so much fun. The beds, bedding, and pillows were SO comfortable, which you NEVER find, so that was a huge plus! Only downside was when a family checked into the room above us and they were extremely loud, but nothing to do about that

The property manager was very helpful and replied quickly when we had questions. The condo was beautiful and the view is outstanding. It could use more cookware items items for those people that like to cook. Plenty of plates, coffee cups, and silverware. Not very many kitchen towels. You will need to bring your own beach towels, beach chairs (or rent them). More bath towels available during the stay would have been nice. Amazed by the elevators. It was never a long wait for them.The main complaint we had was check-in was 4:30 PM. We arrived shortly after that and the cleaner was still cleaning. We asked how much longer and she asked if another hour would be an issue. It was an issue as we went to the grocery store to kill time so we had items that needed to be put in the fridge/freezer. She quickly cleaned the fridge and we were able to put those items away. We finally got into our unit between 5:45 and 6:00 pm.Unfortunately, Hurricane Isaias shortened our stay.

Great beach view! Plenty of space! My kids loved the pool! You would think the elevator would be long, but wait wasn’t too bad. The only thing that was a bit annoying was managing the ac. It wouldn’t stay on a constant setting, you have to keep resetting it to cooler. There weren’t any hot pads and we ate a lot of dinners at home. It would be nice to have towel hooks for hand towels and shower towels in the bathrooms. There are some over toilets but I’d prefer a hook near shower when getting out. Also, a rug next to bed would be nice for getting in. A better broom to sweep sand everyday would also be nice. I know this is a new rental so just some added small touches would make it nicer. Loved having ice available for each day. Plenty of plates, silverware and things.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVED this condo! It was so clean. We enjoyed that everyone had their own room and private bathrooms. The lazy river and slide were a hit along with the short walk to the beach. It was perfect!

Let me start by saying that the Phoenix Gulf Shores ll is a beautiful property. Our condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff was wonderful and the check-in process was easy. Unfortunately, there was a water problem the entire stay the water would go on and off periodically throughout the time that we were there. Often it went out from several hours at one point during our stay we received a call from the front desk, asking us not to use one of the bathrooms in our condo for a few hours. Apparently there was a leak in another condo and our bathroom usage was affecting that. After a couple hours, I called the front desk and they told me would be another couple hours. We had four people staying in that room needing to shower. When the water was functional, it would cut out every 1015 minutes for several seconds at a time. Honestly, despite how nice the condo was, the water issue was a game changer. We had nine adults staying in the condo and not having water at crucial times made it very difficult. We cook a lot so clean up became a problem. Having towels for nine people to shower also became a problem. Several people had to hang back from going to the beach two mornings that we were there because someone needed to stay and clean up the kitchen, but there was no water.
