Quiet Poolside Retreat For Families On Horse Farm

Summertime guests can enjoy a semi-private outdoor pool, shared only with your host. Mindfully decorated and fully stocked for stays of any length. A true country retreat minutes from Wichita Falls & SAFB.

*Hosts and animals live on-site, but the guest house and its private fenced yard are all yours.

Escape to the country, spend your summer evenings in the 30,000 gallon outdoor pool, and wake up to a generously stocked coffee bar and farm animals right outside.

Our retreat can flexibly accommodate 6 people + any additional infants, with a maximum of 4 adults per group, with the following sleeping arrangements:

• A queen bed in the primary suite.

• Behind optional privacy dividers is a twin bunk bed (165 lb weight limit per bunk).

• And a toddler bed for children 5 or under.

• A mini crib for infants 1 or under is always available.

• A double/full size sofa bed in the living room which can comfortably sleep one adult, or two if you have someone you're comfortable sleeping close to!

• A small-sized sofa bed rated for use by a child or teen.

Our guest house is not suitable for large groups of adults, or parties. You’ll enjoy our place much more if you’re looking for a chill family vacation spot, or a place to rest and recharge.

Kitchen: You'll find many essential cooking supplies in our well-stocked kitchen. We treat our Airbnb kitchen as if it is our own. You’ll find plenty of ceramic pots & pans, cooking utensils, kitchen gadgets, spices, measuring cups, hot pads, anything you can think of. If you feel like something is missing when you arrive, we are usually more than happy to purchase it for you so you and future guests can enjoy it. The kitchen (and the entire property) is all-electric including the appliances.

The Pool: We offer pool towels and a pool bag to take your items to the pool. Outside, you’ll find pool toys, sun loungers, outdoor chairs, an outdoor dining set, a pool slide, and a mini fridge with free refreshments and popsicles that you can help yourself to.

Please note that the pool is in the host’s backyard. There are two separate gates to access the pool, one from the front yard and one from the back yard. While you’re here, you get first choice of the pool and we will give you your privacy. Nobody else has access to the pool.

Amenities: We do not charge for (or limit use of) any listed amenities except for propane for the BBQ grill. We're not here to nickel-and-dime you; we would much rather you feel completely at home. Our free amenities include:

• High-speed 1GB fiber WiFi on a private network and a dedicated workspace with an Ethernet port

• Washer, dryer, and dishwasher

• Unlimited coffee station with 6+ coffee flavors and your choice of sugars, coffee syrups, and 4 creamer options

• Extra pillows/blankets or changes of sheets

• Use of the mini crib

• A video game console, books and board games in the living room

• Refills of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent, cleaning supplies, coffee, spices etc.

• One full EV charge per stay on our level 2 charger. Highly recommended that you bring your own cord.

If you run out of something while you're here, just ask, and it will be delivered to your door (usually the same day). Our long-term guests (7 days or more) receive goodie baskets upon arrival (please notify us of any food allergies).

To make sure your stay feels cozy no matter what time of year you’re visiting, guests have access to the brand new central HVAC system, so you can keep cool during the summer or warm and cozy in the winter. We’ve officially ditched the window units!

We welcome doggy friends with a pet fee. We do have some breed restrictions, so please reach out to us with info about your pet at the time of booking. There is an XL doggy door that can be open or closed at any time, and a backyard with a concrete barrier around 90% of it and a 6ft privacy fence around the full yard.

• Call Field rd/Kemp Shopping Area, including Sikes Center Mall: 13 minutes

We do have an active small farm and are located in a close-knit rural neighborhood, so you'll see and hear dogs, cats, horses, and our neighbor's donkeys, goats, cows, and chickens. All things considered, our guests have never mentioned being awakened by the farm animals. We promise the setting and surroundings are part of the charm!
