Amazing water front cabin

This property was everything as described. The owners were amazing to work with. The cabin was very clean and fully stocked with anything you could need. Loved the water front access. I will definitely rent again when I need a place to stay in this area.

Cabin on the lake

It was great. The property is located on Kentucky Lake. The way it is situated on the point it is a very private setting. Very clean, the washer and dryer are really convenient. Nice patio to set on at night and look at the stars and listen to nature. We'll be going back !!

High School Championship Fishing Tournament

My husband and sons stayed in the cabin. It was clean, tidy, and had every they needed for a week of fishing. There was room for the truck and trailer with electrical nearby to charge the boat each night.

Best place on this lake!

This is a wonderful cabin, beautifully furnished and spacious. The beach is one of the few locations on this lake that is shaded all day, except for the early mornings. I particularly enjoyed the many bald eagle sightings from this beach. It made for a peaceful family vacation. Enjoy!

Peaceful

We enjoyed our time here. Loved it and plan to be back. Clean is understatement and being steps away from lake was a blessing. We for sure will be back and our adult kids already planning a trip too. Great place to rent both cabins.

Great location off the beaten path!

I thoroughly enjoyed the two weeks I spent at this location. Because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, I rented both of these properties and invited a few of my hunting buddies to come stay one at a time for several days. As one of them departed, another would come in and stay a few days. I stayed by myself in the property right next door. These properties fit the bill perfectly. Spotlessly clean with new appliances and great TV, all the linens and towels and washer and dryer. These places are perfect for hunting and fishing retreats..

Good times

We were pleased at how clean Ann had left our house. The outside though was kind of rough. Very grown up and not much room for parking our boat and truck. The excitement of being near the water quickly dissipated as we struggled to get our chairs and ourselves down the rather long and difficult hill. However, we got excited again at the beautiful sight of beach and water where we sat for hours....partly because we were dreading the uphill climb! Lol! We loved it though y’all and would absolutely do it again.

It's the view that you cant see that is the best!

Ok, the best part of this cabin is the short walk down a slight hill to a PRIVATE beach that is picturesque! I met Ann, she was very nice! The cabin, well it was just as described in the add. All appliances looked new to 2 yrs old at most. The bathroom was odd, nothing wrong, just cave like,(dark) smaller than usual shower, but fully functional, central air was cold, fully stocked with sheets, towels, and washcloths! Enough dishes and room for all your friends to have a nice dinner. Cell phone services are very limited to text and calling only, any thing else is pretty much non existent. The Dish TV was just fine, plenty of viewing pleasures. Lots of spiders outside, and was told by a neighbor to look out for rattlers and copperheads in woods, we didn't see any, thank God! The only thing I can say to improve the place is it needs a dishwasher and a gas grill, they have an old charcoal grill that is past its prime, gas grill is simple! Never ran out of hot water, even 3 people showering back to back! Easy to find just plug address in the GPS and go! If I ever had to stay in this area again I would definately stay here again! I give my whole experience here in this cabin an 8 out of 10 stars!

Very nice cabin

This cabin was very well furnished and equipped. From the kitchen which had everything we needed to cook, to the bathroom where we had plenty of towels and the bedrooms will very nice with clean sheets. The cabin was extremely clean and well taken care of. The heat worked well and the air conditioner worked well. This is probably the best deal I've ever gotten when I rented a house. Four of us stayed here comfortably for a total of $68 a night. I've never found a better deal!

Fantastic vacation

Wonderful, wonderful host! Very clean, fully furnished with everything you need, gives a great warm welcoming just like at home! Great place for the whole family, our young children LOVED every minute! The path down to the beach front is a lovely hike, beautiful lake view, quite and relaxing, and great for children. Very friendly neighbors in the area, we ran/exercised around the block, up and down the hills is a great workout. No problems at all! The host are truly amazing people, we left behind one child's entire suitcase and Randy shipped it all the way back to our own home! We can not thank them enough! This has been by far the best time we spent on vacation, for everything they offer, you can not beat the price. Would love to come back anytime!!!

2nd Time, just as Great as the First!

We love this cabin. We found it last year and enjoyed coming back this year. It’s not too far from Ft. Campbell (a little over an hour) where our son is stationed in the army, so it is a perfect solution for a family vacation. Don’t let the price scare you off. It is super clean, comfortable and everything you need (except food and water toys) and more is provided. Love that it has a washer and dryer too! It’s a short walk down to a pebble beach area on the lake. It is a bit of a steep trail so if you have bad knees, etc. you may want to bring a hiking pole. Once you are down at the lake, it’s a beautiful shady beach area. We took our chairs, floats and had a wonderful time. There is a marina about five minutes from the cabin (Buchanan’s) where we rented a pontoon boat for a day. We were able to pull right up to our little beach and have lunch at the cabin. The owner is awesome to deal with. He arranged for us to be able to reserve the cabin right next to ours so my brother and sister-in-law could be there too. Thanks Randy and ANN for a great vacation! Your cabin rocks!
