Backyard amenities - fully fenced, spacious backyard with hot tub (and hot tub towels), firepit, corn hole, seating area, mural for a photo op, grill and a private pickleball court!

Gameroom - a separate gaming space with billiards, foosball, arcade games and a 50" Roku TV. Don't forget a picture with our neon sign!

Living Room - large sectional, chair and ottomans for seating, 50" Roku TV, electric fireplace, ceiling fan. Check the friendly robot for games!

Dining Room - large table with seating for 8 (additional seating in the kitchen), buffet stocked with a Keurig, starter pods, coffee grounds, mugs and stemware

Kitchen - additional table and seating, granite counters, gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with ice maker. Slow cooker, Instant Pot, blender, toaster, utensils, baking pans, pots, skillets, knives, kids plates and cups, towels, stemware, and more! (Booster seat available.)

Master Bedroom - gorgeously designed, comfy room with king bed, 50" Roku TV, celing fan, dresser, lamps, full length mirror, blackout curtains, alarm clock, sound machine, iron/board, closet with hangers. This room also has a designated work space with small desk.

Master Bathroom - large shower, new vanity with granite counter top, hair dryer. We provide hand soap, some toilet paper and all towels!

Bedroom 2 - a vibrant, luxe room with two queen beds. Enjoy a 50" Roku TV, blackout curtains, alarm clock, sound machine, closet with hangers, full length mirror, dresser, nightstand, lamp, and benches.

Bedroom 3 - this bedroom, with two queen beds, also comes with a 50" Roku TV, blackout curtains, alarm clock, sound machine, closet with hangers, full length mirror, dresser, nightstand with charger, lamp, and benches. For any children in your group, this is where they will find some fun toys like stick ponies and books!

Hallway Bathroom - located directly between bedroom 2 and 3 for easy access! Large mirror and granite top vanity, tub/shower combo and storage for toiletries. We provide towels, hair dryer, some toilet paper and hand soap.

A full size washer and dryer are available for your use in the basement.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home, backyard, basement, and detached garage that we've turned into a game lounge! There is a locked closet in the hallway and bathroom cabinet for maintenance storage. Access information will be sent 48 hours prior to checkin.

Loved the house, super cute and the game room was a big hit! We would stay here again, area is a little sketchy but not much the owner can do about that and we never felt unsafe.

Because this house is in the heart of downtown OKC, and conveniently close to all of the great attractions, guests will see some of parts of downtown that are still in transition. The house has a fully enclosed back yard with a tall privacy fence, gate locks, security cameras and security system. We are glad you felt safe and enjoyed the home and hope you’ll come back soon!

The property was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and spacious for our family of 8. We really loved the game room and outdoor activities. My family had a blast at this house. The Plaza District was right down the street and we enjoyed the restaurants there. The host was great with communication and very friendly. The bungalow was clean and comfortable. We all thought our beds were comfortable. We had an event at the convention center so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities like we wanted to, but this would be a great place to stay if you are spending more time at the house so you can take advantage of the pickleball court, fire pit, pac man and hot tub. The layout was great for my elderly mother in law. It is one story with just a few steps at the entrance. I loved the well thought out design. I enjoyed my morning coffee while looking at the colors, patterns and textures. Communication with the host was just the right amount. I would definitely come back again when we can hang out at the house more.

We are a family of seven that stayed three nights here. This house has been freshly remodeled and is very nice! It was very clean too! The communication is above and beyond. The owners really want their guest to enjoy their home. We appreciated all the amenities in the house. The beds were very comfortable as well, and we always had hot water! The house is located in an up and coming neighborhood, which we felt very safe in. It is easy to find (once you figure out the construction) and easy to access all the sites around. It is a very nice place, with lots of fun to have just at the house.

Great stay! The listing was very accurate. Host provided lots of fun! We had a few hiccups but the host was VERY responsive and resolved them all ASAP.Beyond the host control but if you arrive from south there is major road work. Also a few blocks south the area is a little undesirable but the area turns much better quickly and by the house and moving west just fine. We did not have any problems with feeling unsafe or our vehicles being tampered with.By far our favorite part was sitting out back at night around the fire pit.Would definitely stay here again!

We had a group ranging in age from 2 to 65 years old, with 6 adults and 4 kids, and everyone loved this place! The home was spacious, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The backyard was a huge hit for all ages.None of us had ever played pickleball before, but we had so much fun learning and playing together. The game room was also a favorite and provided plenty of entertainment throughout our stay.The owner was quick to respond to messages, very helpful, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. This was such a wonderful place to stay, and we will definitely book here again when we return. Highly recommend!
