Inside, the villa boasts a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and everything you need to cook or host with ease. An 8-seat dining table overlooks the ocean, while the spacious living area offers a plush sectional and large-screen TV, perfect for winding down after a day of adventure.



With five beautifully appointed bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Each room offers ample storage, luxury linens, and cooling air conditioning for restful nights.

The Neighborhood:

Casa Serenidad is located in the Mar Vista gated community of Playa Flamingo, close to 6 beautiful beaches, the new Flamingo Marina, high-end boutiques, and eateries. The ocean views are stunning and right within the community you’ll have access to the neighborhood restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with an infinity pool. It should be noted that the tennis, pickleball and fitness center come with an additional cost.

Other Things to Note:

The property has one parking space located in the garage and an additional two spaces in the parking lot. Optional Amenities (Additional Fee): You have access to the following for an additional fee: Day Pass: $15 per person Enjoy full access to the gym, 8 pickleball courts, and 2 clay tennis courts. Don’t have a racket? No problem—rentals are available on-site for just $5 each. Courts are open 7 days a week for both play and lessons. Reservations and payments are handled directly at the facility.
