Although it has only 1 window, the entire unit is well-lit with abundance of daylight recessed lighting.

Eat-in kitchenette with full-size refrigerator and single induction cooktop
Located in the highly desirable St. Leonard's Tract within 2 blocks from both the beach and the bay.
Enjoy easy walking access to local restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops, a liquor store, and more.

Driveway parking for one car
High-speed WiFi with private router.

This space shares an HVAC system with the main house, with the thermostat located upstairs. We're happy to adjust the temperature for your comfort—just let us know.
Guest Policy:
Reservation includes up to 2 guests unless otherwise agreed upon during booking.
A $50 daily fee applies for a 3rd guest, which includes setup of a twin bed, towels, linens, beach chair, and beach tag.
Accessibility Note:
Access to the unit requires walking up and down 9 slightly steep steps.
Not recommended for children under 12 or individuals with mobility issues.
Mobile Signal:
Verizon users may experience limited cell service inside the unit.
AT&T and T-Mobile have no known issues.
Owner Access (Rare):
On rare occasions, we may need brief access to the washer/dryer or secondary refrigerator. We’ll always request your consent first and strive to minimize any disruption.
Noise Notice:
The unit may experience some noise from sump pumps and HVAC systems.
Transparency & Communication:
We aim to be 100% honest and transparent about every aspect of your stay.

A small and quaint beach town with a charming mix of old and new homes. It’s peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently located within 2 blocks to the beach and the bay and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, a bakery, a convenience store, and pharmacies. For nightlife and entertainment, head just 1.5 miles north to Atlantic City or 6.5 miles south to Ocean City.
