Sleeping Arrangements: First floor King en-suite master with walk in shower and separate soaking tub. Half bath on first floor. Second Floor king master en-suite with tub/shower combo. 3rd bedroom with queen bed, 4th bedroom with 2 Queen size beds. Open loft area with twin trundles that also can be put together as a King bed. Full bath in hallway to be shared.
Please note: There are 54 stairs down to the dock. Guests with mobility issues may experience difficulty accessing dock.
Owners personal boat is off limit to guests.
Upstairs office is off limit to guests as it is used as storage.
No smoking anywhere on the premise.
There is a camera present on back patio of the home and ring camera on front porch.
Guests will have access to the entire home except a locked owner`s closet downstairs, locked storage closet upstairs and owner`s boat.
