About Bradley Copeland
Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Bradley Copeland moved to Florida’s panhandle in 2019. Within a year, her lifelong passion for creating art became her full-time profession. Her iconic lip paintings quickly gained recognition, establishing her as a leading figure in the regional art scene.
Bradley’s fearless creativity and unapologetic self-expression have earned her numerous accolades, including South Walton Artist of the Year (2023–2024) and Featured Artist at ArtsQuest 2024. Her work has attracted collectors worldwide, including country music star Lauren Alaina, and led to collaborations with prestigious brands like Golden Goose and Anthropologie.
In 2022, she co-founded the first art program at Walton Correctional Institution, teaching weekly therapeutic art classes to incarcerated men. Her work continues to be showcased in respected galleries across the Southeast, including Anne Hunter Galleries in Seaside, as well as public murals along 30A.

• The driveway fits 2 vehicles parked one behind the other, with space for 1 additional car on the street. Please avoid blocking neighbors or driveways.
• The home is located directly across from a beautiful high-end horse farm — you may occasionally hear or see horses, adding to the peaceful setting!
• This is a single-story home, but there are a few steps to access the front door.
• You’ll find original artwork and prints by Bradley Copeland displayed throughout the home — many are available for purchase. Please admire, but handle gently.
• A Minut sensor is installed inside the home to monitor noise levels — it does not record audio or video but helps ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
• Dogs under 35 pounds are welcome with prior approval! Please add your pet to the reservation at the time of booking — a pet fee applies.
• Important: All pet waste must be picked up immediately. A $250 fine will be issued if pet waste is left on the property.
• The home comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 guests — no additional visitors, parties, or events are permitted.
• The property is professionally cleaned between every stay, and we kindly ask guests to treat the home with care.
• While you’ll feel tucked away, you’re just a short drive to the beaches, dining, and art galleries along 30A.
For your comfort and peace of mind, our property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. This small device monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone
- Maximum 6 guests — no unregistered guests, parties, or events allowed.
- Dogs under 35 lbs are welcome with prior approval — must be added to your reservation and pet fee applies.
- Please pick up after your pet. A $250 fine will be charged if pet waste is left on the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM — a Minut noise sensor is installed to help maintain a peaceful environment (no audio/video recording).
- No smoking or vaping inside the home — you may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Please treat the home with respect — admire the art, but handle gently. Artwork is available for purchase, but not for rough play!
- Driveway fits 2 vehicles, plus space for 1 car on the street — please be mindful of neighbors and never block the road or driveways.
- Check-in is 4 PM | Check-out is 10 AM
- Report any damages or maintenance issues right away so we can address them promptly.
