Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear your family had such a great trip and that the house had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We also truly appreciate your feedback regarding the golf cart and communication. While we’re glad we able to quickly respond and work toward getting the issue resolved, we sincerely apologize for the confusion caused when the cart was picked up without prior notice, which understandably led to concern. We will certainly take this into account to improve communication moving forward. We also appreciate you mentioning the silverware setup. We’re sorry there weren’t enough place settings for your group, and we would have been happy to correct that had we been made aware during your stay. Despite these issues, it means a lot to hear that you still had an amazing time overall. We would be honored to welcome you and your family back to Site 310 in the future for another memorable stay!
