For ultimate privacy, none of the four bedrooms share a wall. Three serene bedrooms offer King-size beds, while the fourth has a comfortable Queen. Two of these rooms are master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
Step outside into your personal oasis. The beautifully landscaped yard, typical of the stunning Scottsdale landscape, ensures total privacy. Spend your days lounging by the sparkling private pool in zero-gravity chairs or soaking in the bubbling hot tub. As evening falls, enjoy a meal on the shaded patio, complete with outdoor dining furniture and a full-size gas grill.

After booking for 6 guests & paying in full, the host informed me that the charged amount was not her standard rate, which is for four guests, & requested an additional 120. I questioned this, stating we booked within budget, & she claimed an error with the listing. She offered to charge 60 instead, but I found this unfair since the issue was between her & the app. Her reasoning for the extra fee was increased laundry & pool maintenance, which seemed unreasonable as the house should be cleaned regardless of guest count. Customer service resolved the issue by paying the extra fee, which I found unprofessional on her part. Upon arrival, we discovered unmentioned cameras and noise monitors, it felt intrusive. During my birthday weekend, 2 extra guests visited, and the host insisted on charging for them, even though they weren’t staying. We added them to the booking and invited them to stay. The cleanliness was poor, with towels having hairs, a smelly blanket, and dirty dishes. On the 2nd day, the host contacted me about music volume, claiming it was loud from camera footage, despite it being at a reasonable level. She later accused us of tampering with a camera, which we disproved with a video. She insisted on quiet hours starting at 10 PM, which wasn’t in the listing, making us feel unwelcome. Overall, the stay was unpleasant due to constant surveillance, poor cleanliness, and the host’s focus on extra charges rather than maintaining standards. Will not return.

This guest booked for 6, but the required extra guest fees beyond 4 had not been applied. As Vrbo advised, I reached out—she declined to pay, and Vrbo covered the amount.
Early check-in was provided as a courtesy.
Later, 8 people were at the home—violating our no parties and no unauthorized guests policy. She only acknowledged the extra two guests after I brought it up. Had that not happened, no payment would have been made.
A neighbor reported loud music and I politely asked her to lower the volume in line with city quiet hours. There are no noise monitors—only clearly disclosed exterior cameras.
Per Vrbo policy, guests should leave homes in good condition and respect the neighborhood. This group left trash throughout, dirty dishes, and mixed recycling—checkout instructions were ignored.
This stay did not reflect the care or honesty we expect. We would not host this guest again.
