Property was clean and nice! Biggest problem was that was quite noisy overnight. It was also challenging to find parking nearby, so make sure to factor in a parking fee into your consideration of staying here!

We felt safe during the day, but we used an Uber to drop us off right at the door after dark. Lots of folks hanging our around the neighborhood. The Findlay Market 3 blocks away was an unexpected gem. The Connector light rail stops were 4 & 4 blocks away, & very useful to get to the Reds Stadium.

Very nice location to stay right in the heart of Cincinnati’s OTR neighborhood. It’s right on the free streetcar line and across the street from Mellotone, a really great new brew pub. Will definitely stay again!

Had a great time for our girls weekend! Parked close by (could see car from window). We walked everywhere we wanted to visit except for visiting Junipers in Newport. Great location with tons of places to walk to if you are up for walking. We'll definately consider staying here again next Cincy trip.

We arrived very late in the evening. Parking was down the street in an open lot. (That was not mentioned) The neighborhood was very rundown and we did not feel safe getting out of the car and walking down the street to the unit.It was not the type of neighborhood that I would recommend a woman alone or a family to stay at. We never even went into the unit. The host was extremely fair and refunded us half of our money. I’m really sorry it didn’t work out because the unit looked really cute online.

We ended up canceling the reservation once we got to the area. Couldn’t find a safe parking spot. The area was very sketchy. The host was great and gave us a partial refund. I’m sure it was lovely inside, we just didn’t feel comfortable getting out in that neighborhood.

When I arrived, it became very clear that this was in an unsafe neighborhood. There was trash on the streets, boards on nearby windows, and people loitering on the corners. I did not feel safe, walking in, or parking my car on the street.The host did not message me instructions until just a few minutes before check-in, so I was very anxious about what I was looking for, and how to get in.When I got into the unit, I noticed a broken bench in the bedroom, a broken chair in the office area, the TV stand was chipped away yet, and there was a TV mount on the wall, with no TV on it. There were a couple of stains on the walls, and a pair of men’s pajama pants left in the closet. There was a dirty pan left in the oven, which was the only one available to use for baking food.My friend who was supposed to stay did not even go into the apartment once they saw what part of town it was in. Around 7:30 PM someone got arrested right outside of the window, and I realize that I did not want to stay the night there. I contacted VRBO as well as the host about this matter, and the host downplay my concerns, calling the broken furniture, antique, and the area “up and coming.” This rental is neither safe, clean, nor comfortable.

Within walking ditance of everything around the Findlay area. Host was great at listing everything to do in the area. 3 codes to enter the apartment was comforting. Space was clean and fine for just the two of us. Even shampoo, soaps, etc were provided for showers, as well as cleaning products for the kitchen. Our only complaint was the severely blighted area of the apartment itself. We were honestly uncomfortable. Street parties, yelling, screaming, engine racing and music into all hours of the night that no white noise machine could drown out. The upstairs neighbor was up all night and sounded like an elephant pounding. We also didn't realize that we would need to pay to park. We had to park at a local garage, because honestly, we didn't feel like it was safe to leave our car in the open lot that was closer to the apartment,but which also cost money. When we left that morning, we saw trash everywhere all over the neighborhood from whatever street shenanigans had happened the night before.

Neighborhood quite scary for a single, white female travelling alone. Same for parking. But security was good for unit with 3 door of security to go thru .Very spacious. I would move TV into the bedroom and add another bedroom or add a TV to bedroom area.Bathroom very tiny with zero vanity space.Nicely done up, though.
