Sleeping arrangements
Spread across five bedrooms, this home sleeps up to 11 guests across seven beds. Every bedroom comes with a Smart TV, so winding down after a full day at the parks means everyone gets their own screen and their own space. The single-level layout keeps the whole group on one floor and easy to navigate together.
Game room & family fun
The Marvel-themed game room earns its place as the heart of the home. A pool table, game console, board games, and themed decor make it a natural gathering point for guests of all ages. Families traveling with little ones are well covered - a crib, pack 'n play, high chair, children's books, toys, and children's dinnerware are all available.

The full kitchen is stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts before a park day to full group dinners on a slower evening. The screened lanai opens onto a private pool and attached spa, both yours for the stay. Pool and spa heating is available for $25 per night and must be purchased for the entire stay - guests must request it at least 2 days before check-in. The pool heats to approximately 91°F. The attached spa is not a standalone hot tub and only heats when pool heating is purchased; in spa mode it can reach approximately 102°F. While the spa is heating, the pool temporarily pauses heating. Temperatures may be lower during colder weather. Outdoor furniture and a backyard complete the setup for relaxed evenings outside.

Pool and spa heating is available for $25 per night (please request in advance if you’d like it added to your stay). The pool heats up to 91°F, which takes the chill out of the water but is best described as a comfortable, lukewarm temperature rather than hot. The attached spa is not a standalone jacuzzi; it only heats when pool heating is added and can reach up to 102°F in spa mode, at which time the pool will pause heating. Please note that in colder weather the water may take longer to heat and may not always reach the maximum temperature.
