Under New Ownership and Management!! New Owners have already swapped in a new sleeper sofa with Chaise Lounge. And added an OUTDOOR TV.
This 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home in Ocean Lakes INCLUDES Complimentary use of GOLF CART!
Located on the South side of resort, you'll be at the beach on a golf cart in 5 minutes! This home has everything you need, to make your stay memorable!
LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Towels!!! (Bathroom & kitchen towel sets included, just bring your beach towels).
Enjoy the outdoor deck with TV and propane grill, with plenty of seating for cookouts or relaxing.
Inside, there is a smart TV w/ cable in every room and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, bathtub in the main bathroom.

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!
*Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
