Imagine the soft chirping of birds, the morning mist rolling over nearby hills, and the warmth of a homely space greeting you as you step into our peaceful first-floor getaway — a thoughtfully curated 2-bedroom first floor home tucked just off the main road in beautiful Dehradun. This inviting residence balances convenience, comfort, and quiet charm, ideal for couples, families, work-from-home professionals, and small groups seeking a relaxed escape.



Indoor Spaces

Spacious Bedrooms:

Our home features two distinct bedrooms — a king-sized double bedroom and a single bedroom with an attached bathroom. The double bedroom also has a dedicated work-from-home desk, printer, and ample space for a restful night or a productive day. Each room is equipped with heaters, extra pillows and blankets, wardrobes, seating, and fans.

Note }- It is an entire upstairs unit and the owner stays downstairs.



Bathrooms:

There are two bathrooms — one is attached to the single bedroom, while the other is common, shared between the living space and the double bedroom. You’ll find handwash, bath towels, showers, and jet sprays in both. The geyser is available in the attached bathroom, and hairdryers can be provided on request.



Living Room:

The living room offers space for 6–8 people to gather comfortably with sofas and chairs, a TV, a center table, and a cozy atmosphere for lounging or light conversation. It’s also where you’re welcome to enjoy a smoke or a glass of wine — designated for such relaxing indulgences.



Dining Area:

Adjacent to the kitchen, our dining space accommodates 4–6 guests and serves as a central hub for home-cooked meals, takeout feasts, or lively chats over coffee.



Equipped Kitchen:

You'll love our closed kitchen layout, perfect for heavy cooking. It includes a microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, air fryer, egg boiler, electric kettle, rice cooker, deep freezer, crockery, cutlery, whiskey/wine glasses, and both regular and induction cookware. Cleaning of utensils is thoughtfully taken care of by us, so you can truly relax.



Outdoor Space

While there’s no traditional garden or terrace, a small balcony offers a quiet spot to sip your morning tea or enjoy a winter bonfire (available on request). It's not about grand lawns here — it's about peaceful moments in thoughtfully designed corners.

During your stay

As your host, I take pride in offering a space that’s clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. While we don’t have a dedicated caretaker, I personally ensure cleanliness, as we live down stair unit of the same building and am always a message away should you need assistance. Your privacy is respected, but your comfort is my priority.

• Power backup available through inverter (lasts the full night).

• All major mobile networks work well at the property.

• Drinking water is provided in bottled form.

• No pool, garden, terrace or barbeque facilities.

• We do not provide toiletries beyond hand wash — please feel free to bring your essentials. Towels are provided at the property

• No elevator — the property is on the first floor and not wheelchair accessible.

• Bonfire setup possible in winters on request.

• No CCTV inside, but cameras ensure safety outside

• A double mattress available for up to 2 extra guests at max.
