Strandhusudlejning i gated Ocean Lakes - gå til stranden og mange aktiviteter for en fantastisk familieferie.
Vi har et hus i havssøer (mellem Myrtle beach og Surfside beach på hwy. 17) 3 soveværelser, 2 fulde bade, sover 2 til 8. Almindelig butik, snackbutikker, isbutikker, minigolf, indendørs og udendørs swimmingpools, en enorm fantastisk strand og meget mere. Vi lejer kun lørdag til lørdag i løbet af sæsonen. Sæsoner uden for sæsonen efter arbejdsdag week-end.

Family Vacation

Our stay was wonderful. The property has a lot of space, comfortable furnishings, and was very well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The stay was wonderful and the location was great too. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Vacation

Had a good week. Property needs a few repairs on things. These things didn’t bother our stay but do need to be taken care of. Kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes for whatever your need. Enjoyed front porch when we could,, it rained a lot!

Great Stay for our family vacation

Bob was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed for our stay. The back deck is shady and a fabulous spot to hangout and the location is wonderful. A short enough distance that we actually walked to the pool and beach a couple times. We stayed here comfortably with a party of 6. A golf cart rental will be needed if you stay at this property.

Best stay ever

We’ve been coming to Ocean Lakes for around 15 years. Started bringing our children and now with the grandchildren. This was by far the nicest rental house we have ever had. It was perfect. Very clean inside, yard was immaculate. Bob was the best owner I have ever dealt with. Hope to be able to stay in this house next year.

Great location

Ocean Lakes is very large with many people and golf carts. I did not realize through the vrbo site a golf cart was needed to access facilities with parking. They have a lot of rules and restrictions as well.

A great visit

The back & front deck can't be beat. The place was neat but needs a thorough cleaning - one master bath sink drained slowly, had to dust fans before use. It was very easy to book, and to communicate with the owner. Very gracious. Golf cart was handy for older/handicap folks. Internet slower than we expected. Very private and we would definitely rent again.

A PERFECT setting for our family vacation!

Honestly couldn’t ask for a more perfect setting for our family vacation! House is clean, warm, inviting, and comfortable. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the living room to sprawl out for some tv time and board games in the evening. Having a washer/dryer was so convenient to keep up with the many beach towels and clothes needed washed while we were there. We all enjoyed cooking in the kitchen- fully stocked. And having the two refrigerators worked out so well: was able to house the beverages on one, and food in the other. Loved the huge back deck and the serenity of being at the end of the road and on the creek: our two small pups did, too. Speaking of pups, so thrilled to rent from owner’s who obviously understand many of us out here like to take our fur family on vacation with us. Thank you SO very much!!! We will be booking again for next summer- no doubt!!!!

Bad experience

I read the reviews from other people before booking this property and they were very misleading. The house wasn't clean at all and had a dirty smell when you opened the door. The master shower was disgusting and i had to clean the ceiling fan in the master bedroom before turning it on because of all the dust on it. The vent covers weren't screwed in the floors "which made it unsafe for my grandchildren." I was really disappointed in the condition of the house.

Nice Vacation

This place is larger than most for the price. Property has the most grassy area for your dogs. Nice deck with gates for dogs. Quiet area at the end of a street with no traffic. Near front gate for easy access. Great rental property. Property mgr. was easily contacted and very nice. I will stay there again.

1st time at OL, best MB trip ever.

Perfect for us! We used to be "ocean front, nice hotel room, in the middle of the action" type people. Not anymore. This was our 1st time to Ocean Lakes, recommended by friends. We were told to just pick a house the 1st time, then get a better idea of where we'd like to stay next time. We did just that. We want to stay here again, in this house. Nothing extravagant or over the top. Great bang for the buck. And not a lot of stairss to climb numerous times every day. Bob is awesome. The house is clean, the perfect size for us, in a very good location for us, very peaceful, overall blissful. It was my wife and I, in our mid 40s, our 22 year old son, and his 2 year old daughter. We all loved Ocean Lakes and this house. We woke up early every morning, sat on the peaceful porch facing the stream/canal, fed the ducks and swans, had breakfast, and jumped in the golf cart to head to the beach or waterpark. Came back to the house for lunch, and repeat. This is the best money we've spent in a long time on a family vacation.. So much better than being couped up in a boring hotel room "in the middle of the action". Plenty of action at Ocean Lakes with much more room,, peace, and relation at this property...and cruising around on a golf cart. I thought we would regret being further from the beach (12 minute walk), but with a golf cart.....it was perfect. Not sure if we want to be closer to the beach. Being closer to the gate was a plus on the couple of occasions we ventured offsite. Will be booking with Bob on our next vacation to Myrtle Beach. Full kitchen with all you need to cook meals (minus the food). Microwave. Toaster. 2 refrigerators. Full (newer) washer and dryer. 2 full bathrooms. Private, shaded back porch with gates to keep the toddlers/fur babies in, complete with picnic table, chairs, porch swing, and ducks/swans in the canal. Gas grill. Firepit. (We never uncovered it.) Wifi. (Look on the main fridge for the password.) Direct TV. Thanks so much, Bob! Our 1st stay at Ocean Lakes was amazing, and we WILL be returning. We made very fond memories here, and plan on making many more.

Great time!!!!

We had a awesome beach trip! The house was wonderful! The porch was so much fun to hang out on and had plenty of sitting room. The house had a lot room on the inside as well. The washer and dryer and TWO full size refrigerators were a huge help! The property owners were very pleasant to work with.

Great location

The house was as pictured. Communication with the owner and his son was great. We had a small sink leak occur during our stay and it was addressed very quickly without inconveniencing our plans. The house is comfortable and has plenty of room for stretching out. I especially Liked the deck and side yard which gave us some privacy in an otherwise crowded area. The stream was nice too. There were ducks, geese, turtles and even a swan daily. Being able to take my dog was an added bonus! Overall the house was clean (ie toilets, kitchen, showers, sinks) but it could use a deep clean of dusting decor and wiping down walls and woodwork. That being said the pros definitely outweigh the cons and I would absolutely book there again.

Ocean Lakes Beach House

The entire family loved their stay at this beach house. It is clean, comfortable, spacious and in a great location. The pictures are accurate but would like to add that there are 2 full sized refrigerators and a full sized washer and dryer. The master bath is huge with a luxury tub and it also has "his and hers" sinks and a separate shower! The kitchen is fully stocked with working appliances. Our grandkids enjoyed fishing in the canal behind the house and watching the turtles and swans. It was a bonus that we could include our large dog . This house is an absolute home away from home. Thanks to Bob, the manager, for his prompt responses and easy instructions. We would love to stay again!!

Summer vacation

Great week away at a comfortable home. Had everything we needed for our week in Ocean Lakes. Communication was quick and accurate. Quiet area of Ocean Lakes with no extra traffic. Lots of ducks and geese in the yard. Would stay here again!

I purchased this home after vacationing in several others and settled down here. I decided to rent our home and just stay here during the off season and other special days. I will keep this home clean and up to date by doing a complete cleaning between each visit. I can be contacted day or night for questions to insure that you have a great vacation here at Ocean Lakes.

In this beach home we can walk or ride to anything here at Ocean Lakes. We are near the south gate so shopping or eating out is very handy and easy to do for even more enjoyment while on our vacation.
