Villa George is a brand-new, stylish 3-bedroom retreat with a private pool, perched on a small hill in the peaceful hamlet of Limni, 2 km from the village of Elos. It combines contemporary architecture with rustic charm and wonderful views. Surrounded by olive trees and nature, Villa George features elegant interiors, cozy lounges, and a tranquil setting 19 km from the pink beach of Elafonisi, ideal for families or couples seeking a quiet yet scenic home base.

The bright and airy open-plan interior features a comfortable living area with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and a solid wood dining table. Large glass doors open directly onto the patio and pool area, blending indoor and outdoor living.

Villa George offers three bedrooms: two with king-size beds and one with two single beds, perfect for families or small groups. A seventh guest can be accommodated on a fold-out bed. Each bedroom features a smart TV and a wardrobe for added convenience.

Please note that two of the bedrooms are fitted with rolling shutters, while in the third bedroom, the current blind will be replaced with a blackout blind to ensure optimal light control.

Two modern bathrooms are provided: one en suite in the master bedroom and one shared, both thoughtfully designed for comfort.

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in a private pool of about 30 square meters surrounded by six sun loungers, a few umbrellas, and beautiful local trees. Grill local ingredients at the barbecue corner and enjoy al fresco meals with a countryside view, or simply relax in the natural beauty of the peaceful setting.

A small grocery shop is just a short walk away in Limni, and in the nearby village of Elos (2 km), you can enjoy charming tavernas serving delicious Cretan dishes, along with mini-markets and local shops.

Air-conditioning in every bedroom and in the living-room area, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels, and cleaning every 4 days are included in the price.

The pool can be heated with the additional cost of 60 Euros per day, for a minimum charge of three days.
