There is so much space to spread out and relax, do some yoga, read or just breathe in the ocean air. There is a large capacity washer/dryer. Onsite parking is available for 3 vehicles. No garage parking .The location is prime, located close enough to the highway for convenience but high enough to avoid road noise and just 10 minutes from the vibrant college town of Arcata, 10 minutes from the charming seaside village of Trinidad, and less than 2 miles from the local airport for easy travel. Outdoor adventures are a cinch with proximity to the celebrated California Coastal Hammond Trail, perfect for hiking, biking, or horseback riding.
