An elegant twin staircase leads up to the Villa's second level of luxury living with 3 bedrooms including and upper second master suite. The Villa contains state of the art appliances including a professional chefs gas stove with lighted vent hood, microwave drawer, side by side refrigerator, wine frig and ice machine. The telecommunications are also state of the art including surround sound Sonos music system and 200 mps fiber internet and cable television in every room. The Villa has 3 swimming areas which include the house pool, the heated hot tub and the beach pool which is below the house and features air conditioned bathrooms and beach access.
