Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

This is a single-story home with one step required for entry.

Location & Noise
The home is located in Garden City. Please note that occasional train noise may be heard due to the nearby rail line.

For guest safety, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera monitoring the exterior entry.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
