The Pink House - Dungeness Waterfront Home

Summary:

A clean, bright and inviting cottage with serene views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Mount Baker, our Sequim lighthouse, and even Canada.



The Space:

This cottage has it all: fabulous picture window views, fresh paint, flooring, furnishings, linens, kitchenware. Full sized washer and dryer.



The living and dining room has plenty of seating, including a formal dining table and chairs. There are also 4 bar stool type chairs for casual eating at the counter.



The property boasts a unique deck, where you can grill dinner, and use the picnic table. Close by are chaise lounges and a fire pit.



Fragrance Free Home: we have supplied the home with unscented products (paper products, dish soap & detergent, clothes detergent, pump soap). Exceptions - shampoo and conditioner and those wrapped tiny bar soaps. Our cleaners use fragrance free products.



Important note before you book: Guests are required to complete the Check-In Form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. To ensure a smooth check-in process, a valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form.



No Pets/No Smoking/No Fireworks or Events



A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. If you booked via Airbnb, the discount will already be included in the price and will not show as a separate deduction. If you booked via VRBO, please ask us to apply the discount to your stay. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, we'll set up a mid-stay cleaning free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance, ensuring peace of mind during your extended stay.



Great retreat for quick weekend trips or guests looking for a place to call home for a longer stay. It's a short drive to downtown Sequim for dining, shopping, Friday Art Walks, or the Olympic Theater Arts. Favorite places to walk nearby are the Dungeness Wildlife Refuge, Port Williams and the trail near the Dungeness Old Schoolhouse.



Please note: during low tide, there can be a noticeable ocean smell — it’s completely natural and temporary.
