The space

Each of the five beautifully appointed bedrooms features its own private en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for every guest. Spacious walk-in closets in every room provide ample space for extended stays, ski gear, and outdoor equipment.

All TVs are fully equipped with Apple TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies with ease.

Traveling with snowmobiles or ATVs? The property offers ample trailer parking space, making it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts in every season.

Important Booking Requirement

A separate Rental Agreement is mandatory for all reservations. The agreement must be signed and returned within the timeframe provided after booking and prior to arrival. Failure to complete and return the Rental Agreement as required may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with Airbnb’s Terms of Service.

The individual making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and must be physically present at the property for the full duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are strictly prohibited.

By submitting a reservation request, guests acknowledge and agree to these requirements.

Recreational Vehicles and Liability

The host does not provide, rent, or maintain any snowmobiles, ATVs, or recreational vehicles. Guests assume full responsibility for the operation, storage, and transportation of their equipment. Trailer parking is provided at the guest’s own risk.

Cleaning

The standard cleaning fee is $150 for the entire home. If guests elect not to utilize this service where permitted by platform rules, the home must be thoroughly cleaned prior to departure and returned in the same condition in which it was received.

***Working Ranch Environment***

The Bison House is located in beautiful ranch country. At certain times of the year, our cattle may be grazing in designated areas of the property. Many guests enjoy the authentic Wyoming ranch experience and the opportunity to see cattle nearby. For everyone’s safety, please do not approach, feed, or enter fenced grazing areas, and supervise children at all times.
