Welcome to your perfect beach getaway at Cape Coddages – Unit 204! Nestled right on the oceanfront in Surfside Beach, this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo offers breathtaking views, cozy coastal charm, and all the comforts of home.

Head upstairs to the master bedroom is a serene retreat with a king bed, ocean views, and a smart TV for unwinding after a day on the sand. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests with a twin bed and twin bunk beds. Both bathrooms are clean and updated, with fresh linens provided.

Lovely condo with so much space. It was perfect for three adults and a baby. Loved the downstairs laminate floors and great kitchen! Great pool and steps to the beach with your private entrance. The only problem was… wish we had more days to stay.

My family was extremely please with our stay. To be honest, I thought the pictures on the website was AI generated and didn't get my expectations too high. But everything was as advertised. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and relaxing. The details were amazing even down to the boat shaped toilet paper presentation. The proximity to the pool and the beach was unbelievable. We enjoyed lounging at the pool when we couldn't make it to the beach. We loved waking up to the ocean views. The only negative was not being fully aware of the beach items in the outside storage unit that were available for using- therefore we ended up purchasing items. BUT compared to everything else, no biggie. We typically stay at hotels on vacation but no longer. Our daughter is already begging us to return next year. Everyone communicated extremely well and efficient with us and I loved the check in/check out process. We'll be back!

Excellent location! Close to pier and restaurants. Liked that beach supplies , chairs and umbrellas , were available to use and didn’t have to bring our own. Very easy check in and check out and quick response to any questions.

The host communicated easily with us to make sure we knew codes, check-in and check out times, and had instructions posted on the fridge to help us. The amenities were great and we encountered no problems or issues. The view from the balcony is amazing, great for people watching and just relaxing by the water.

This condo has a beautiful view and is close to everything but it needs some love. Received two different codes to enter and neither one worked. It took almost a half an hour to get in as groceries melted in the hallway. Once in several issues: bugs and crumbs through the first floor. Lock on sliding glass door was found on coffee table. Had rusted off so no way to secure the sliding door. Hole in the ceiling in the bunk room. Was told someone would be there in the morning; never showed up. The bathrooms are very dated and cracked tiles on the floor. The carpet that goes up the stairs and in all the bedrooms has a dirty traffic pattern as it has not been cleaned in awhile. The beach accessories were very useful as we flew in to town. Very quiet and very nice families. Everyone respected the quiet hours. Enough parking spots. Even with these issues we had a great week with our grandson.

We had the best stay! The unit was bright, clean and perfectly set up for our family of 5!The view of the ocean was gorgeous - we loved sipping our coffee and watching the dolphins swim by. Both the pool and the beach were so easy to get to and we really appreciated the toys and chairs available since we weren't able to bring our own. The location was perfect - so close to stores and restaurants but less busy than Myrtle Beach. Plus, it was less than 15min from the airport. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The master bedroom is in dire need of a new mattress! The one we slept on was terrible!Basically there are 2 "holes" for people to sleep in and a huge "hump" in the middle of the 2 "holes".The sheets for the master bed don't even fit good.The master bedroom also needs black-out curtains because it gets REALLY hot upstairs.The only way for the master bedroom to be somewhat comfortable temp wise is to have the downs stairs freezing!Master bathroom has broken floor tiles.Both bathrooms upstairs need new vanities as you can see the pressboard is starting to crumble.The front door lock malfunctioned at the end of our stay. A couple came out to fix it.... not sure what they fix was but it still may or may not have worked.

Fantastic location, close to everything and very spacious unit! Loved having the bedrooms and two full baths upstairs and a half bath down stairs! Nice oceanfront balcony! Unit had everything you need, already there.
