Welcome to your jungle escape in Tulum! This modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect mix of peace, privacy, and fun. Set in a gated community featuring 24 hour security, Casa del Arbol is roughly 2 km from both downtown Tulum and Mayan train station , 2 and only 1 km from a modern grocery store with all the essentials you may need during your stay.
Inside you'll find a comfy, well-equipped space with an abundence of natural lighting. The space is airy with a nice open flow connecting the kitchen and common area to the outside patio. Kick back in your private oasis while enjoying a refreshing swim in the pool, or fire up the gas Blackstone grill for an outdoor feast.
The primary bedroom features a queen size bed with an ensuite and ample closet storage along with a 60” smart TV. Access to the furnished 2nd floor jungle-facing balcony is just outside the door of the bedroom for quick access to enjoy your morning coffee while catching the sunrise and birdwatching.
The downstairs bedroom features a king size bed, closet with storage and drawers and easy access to the shared bathroom in the common space.
