Loved our stay! The host was very accommodating and wonderful to work with. Our room was clean, comfortable and family friendly. Hard to beat the sunsets on the balcony overlooking the harbor. I’ve stayed at many resorts in Destin but this is by far my favorite!

Nice condo on the beach! Great Destin location. Clean with nice views of town and the bay from the balcony. Communication with the host was great. Very friendly and prompt. I would stay here again.

The host communicated well and even alerted me that the property was clean before check in and ready. The balcony was as pictured but the view wasn’t the best. The fireworks were tho! Enjoyed my stay!

We had such an amazing stay here for our 10 year anniversary! This was the perfect place, we absolutely loved staying here! The vibes of the sunset lounge were fun, warm, and cozy. We loved having coffee on the balcony, and then walking down to the beach each day. Jetty East is the best way to do Destin, it’s right on the beach, beautiful views, the gazebo has live music and grills to cookout, love the pool, and great restaurants are super close by. That you to our incredible hosts for the hospitality and wonderful communication, we really appreciate you making our stay so great! We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great stay at the Sunset Lounge / Jetty East. The place is super clean and comfortable and perfect for couples. The balcony view of the Harbor is amazing, day or night and the private beach is awesome. The Host is very responsive and will provide local information for the Destine area. Can’t wait to come back. We’ll definitely book here again

We stayed here to celebrate my daughters 26th birthday. The condo was in excellent condition and the pool was relaxing and clean. The short walk to the beach made it possible to go several times a day without packing up the house. I would recommend this to any small family group. We will definitely be back.

Access to both the unit and the beach could not be faster using the south elevator. Condo is fully equipped with all kitchen essentials as well as home comforts. Sunset views from the balcony made the trip. Leonard was a great host! Looking forward to our next booking with him - Michael and Macy

Jetty East room 404A. Exceptional! The access, amenities, staff and as a bonus the weather set the stage for an absolutely perfect extended weekend (4 days) with my wife celebrating our anniversary and her birthday. The view of the gulf was partially block and yet what we could see was still amazing both during the day and especiallyat night. The communications with the host mr. Leonard was flawless. Timely and with support that was above and beyond. We had all of the accessories to cook meals and actually did breakfast every day. We absolutely look forward to staying here again in the future. This room was a one bedroom suite and met our every need. Thanks again for the Exceptional support.

I had a wonderful quick trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! VERY clean! The view was lovely! Breakfast on the balcony was my favorite! Comfy bed, wonderful water pressure (it’s the small things), and you are footsteps away from the beach when you get off the elevator. The host was helpful and attentive. I will definitely stay again.

The condo's floor plan is a bit awkward and small, but the space is utilized efficiently and decorated beautifully. It's modern, maintained well and clean. The kitchen is complete. Thank you. The bed though is too soft for us. The complex is probably one of the oldest in the neighborhood but again is maintained well. The sunset view was awesome and we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of spaces for the parking lot and they have these shopping carts you can use to help carry all your items to and from the room. The elevator is slow and if you take the stairs, the area is carpeted so it stinks; that can use an upgrade. The beach is beautiful and the location of the condo to the beach is just right there. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a storm front, and the water was rough and all the seaweed was washed up on the shore. BUT, there's a calm beach, within 15-20 min walk if you walk to the row of rocks and follow along the rocks. It's like a beach inside an inlet. It's the place for snorkeling and boats/jet skis parked. It's so calm as if it's located in a different area. That beach saves our trip, and we can still enjoy the water regardless of the weather.

This place is perfect for a small family or couples. My husband and I enjoyed our much needed vacation. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet environment, this is the place for you. Leonard was a great host, very generous, and his communication was great also. If you plan on cooking you may want to pack your own seasonings, other than that the place has everything you need for your stay. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!
