Come and enjoy the pristine and beautiful island of Antigua in a light, airy, clean and comfortable vacation villa. Villa 329F is a delightful 2 br, 2 1/2 bathroom 2 story villa with master suite at Jolly Harbor.
We also have restaurants within the complex.
A swimming pool, white sandy beach with beach bar all within walking distance. There is also a grocery store as well. Come and enjoy Antigua.
The space
Villa 329F is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom 2 story villa at Jolly Harbour Antigua. The main floor invites guests to a comfortable and spacious living/ dinning area accompanied by a kitchen and a powder room.
A breath taking view off the main floor patio overlooks an open bay where you can enjoy an outdoor meal or relax under the stars. The master bedroom has access to a private balcony where you can enjoy a view of the Antiguan skyline.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire villa. We never rent to more than one party.
Other things to note
No smoking, or parties within the villa.

Please note as of October 1st 2021, the government of Antigua and Barbuda put in place a new levy called the Tourism Guest Levy for Villas. There will be a charge of US$5 per person per night over the age of 18 extra. This can be collected before checking out.

Please note there is a Ring security camera outside the unit for your safety.

In addition to a full service kitchen we do have a BBQ grill on the patio that can be used for an additional fee. For 7-14 days a fee of $50USD will be charged for grill usage.

We have an onsite management company that can assist with any issues or concerns. If you need any recommendations for excursions, dining and transportation we can assist.

On the resort there is a general supermarket, pharmacy and restaurant including a beach bar on Jolly Beach.
