This is a wonderful property. The hosts are lovely and provide everything a guest could need. The area is just beautiful and the beach is great. I have stayed at this property multiple times and I am never disappointed.

My family and I (including 2 boys who are 8 and 10) were so lucky to enjoy a week in this beautiful condo! Everything was exactly as described and the condo was set up perfectly for a family beach vacation! It was clean, well cared for, and perfectly located. We hope to be back!

Fabulous Brigantine Condo

Great time staying at this cute condo steps away from restaurants and shopping, and a short walk to the beach. Owner is delightful and a pleasure to deal with!

Wonderful stay and great hosts!

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay in a very nice quiet part of cape cod. The hosts were very kind and communicated very well as needed. Highly recommend to anyone considering!

This is a bright, clean, updated, well kept beach cottage with absolutely everything you need -from a fully stocked spice rack to every beach accessory- available to you. The hosts are easy to communicate with and responsive. They seem to really care that you enjoy your stay. I have nothing but good things to say about them and the unit.We have stayed at Maushop Village many times and we love it there. The village is quaint, quiet and family friendly. The unit is steps to a private beach and a short walk to a small market place with a raw bar, coffee house, small general store, pizza, ice cream, candy shop, arcade, etc.. You never have to get into your car or out of shorts and a T shirt during your stay if you don't want to. Unfortunately the beach was in bad shape during our stay due to storms and erosion. There was a carved out drop off of about 3-4 feet half way from the dunes to the water, and then rocks extending from this 'ledge' 15-20 feet into the ocean. This made it difficult to get into the water, and the drop off seemed dangerous for young children and the elderly. I hope and suspect that the beach will be fixed before next season.

Perfect spot for Poppy stay

If you are headed to this part of the Cape, this is a wonderful condo - amazing location for Poppy marketplace, Inn. Beach access was a plus. Definitely need to be okay with steep stairs to access the bedrooms but it was perfect for our family of 3.

Fall visit to Cape Cod

The house was great. So nice to be near Popponesset - we could walk to the Market Place. We had a wonderful time.

Great Vacay

This is without a doubt the best experience I’ve ever had using VRBO or any other rental site. Easy walk to the beach, stores, and less than 5 minute drive to AC marina casinos... would definitely come back anytime

Great family vacation

This was a great vacation! The house was lovely. We have stayed in Maushop Village for the last four years and it never disappoints. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided everything we might need for a vacation. I highly recommend this property.

Clean, Cute Cape Cottage!

This cottage was adorable and well maintained. Mary was very prompt with responses for any questions. It was in a great location! Would recommend it for anyone looking for a stay in the area.

Such a cute and comfy place!

We loved our brief stay at the lovely, well outfitted, and classy little beach cottage! It was clean, charming and perfectly located for our plans to ferry to Nantucket for the day then head up to the Cape Cod National Seashore on our second day trip. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful, lovingly decorated and cared for home!

2nd Summer in Maushop

This was our second visit to Maushop Village. Loved this home. Beautiful and clean and they provide plenty of chairs, towels and boogie boards.

Great Maushop location

Have stayed at other locations in Maushop and this is by far the perfect location. A great terrace off both bedrooms great view. Very clean, very comfortable, many thoughtful touches and amenities. Felt like home. Thank you so much we will be back

Wonderful and accomodating

The owners were wonderful and accommodating. The cleaning service they used were not as thorough as we would have liked, but the owner was very quick to work with us on making things right. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location, wonderful owners, best vacation

We had such a wonderful time on Brigantine staying in Shelly’s condo. It was the perfect place for us to stay to be close to family, not to mention how close it was to great food and the beach. We loved it. We loved all the little details that made the place feel like home. And it had laundry! We hope to be back again next summer!

Great location, great price and Super Clean

Loved the house, the host was available prior to check in to answer any questions I had. Check in and check out was smooth and the notes left on the fridge on how to operate the lights, fans and ac were very helpful. Loved the location!! The lady at Joe’s Seaside Market was really friendly and helpful also.
