After booking, guests will complete our Truvi verification process and choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit. The damage waiver amount may vary depending on the home. The security deposit is a refundable hold, similar to a hotel deposit, that is returned as long as there are no damages, incidentals, or house rule violations. Security deposit amounts typically range from $500 to $1,000 depending on the property.

Please also review our house rules, as a photo ID and signed rental agreement are required after booking. If you have any questions or need clarification, please feel free to reach out.e.
