Welcome to Mickey's Magical Manor – A Hollywood Studios-Themed Oasis Near the Parks!
This lakeside home with a pool and a hot tub only 10 minutes to the Disney Parks is sure to be your new favorite.

The Home
This completely updated and locally managed 2150-square-foot, four-bedroom / three-bathroom, air-conditioned vacation villa sleeps up to 8. The moment you walk in, you’ll enjoy the modern Star-Wars themed open floor plan and stunning lake views. The living area offers a comfy sectional, and a huge 75" smart TV, and floor to ceiling windows, perfect for enjoying sunrises, sunsets, and the local wildlife. We also have free high-speed internet, perfect for enjoying life however you choose.
Step through the sliding glass doors and you’ll find yourself in a peaceful screened (optionally heated) pool and spa area, complete with lounge chairs, a four-person high-top dining table, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a swim. The home backs up to a beautiful lake with incredible sunset views and no rear neighbors, offering peace that is usually not found in vacation homes.
This home has everything you need to feel right at home. You will love the personal amenities, including hair dryers and even a vacuum. When traveling with little ones, you will like the on-site Pack-N-Play, and bed rails, which are already provided. The home is complete with a safe for your passports and valuables.
Kitchen & Dining
The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need — including a Keurig, traditional drip coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, toaster, and microwave. A brand new three-rack dishwasher makes cleanup a breeze. The high-top breakfast bar with plush chairs makes a great spot for morning coffee or casual snacks. Whether you’re cooking for the whole family or just reheating leftovers, we’ve got you covered.
The formal dining area seats 8, allowing everyone to eat together. This space offers comfort to enjoy a meal cooked in our fully stocked kitchen, or one that you’ve had delivered by your favorite service. The breakfast bar seats 4, perfect for anyone who wants to watch the action in the kitchen, but stay out of the way.
Bedrooms
An ideal layout for families traveling together — the kids’ rooms are located between the two primary suites for added privacy and convenience.
Bedroom 1 – Little Mermaid Suite (Primary)
The owner’s suite welcomes you to relax with a subtle Little Mermaid theme, king bed, floor to ceiling windows for an incredible lake view, blackout curtains, large dresser,and 65” smart TV perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The ensuite bath with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity will make you feel as if you walked into a spa day. We also provide a personal safe.
Bedroom 2 – Oozma Kappa Fraternity House Room
Welcome back to Monsters University! You’ll feel like you walked into the movie with lime green paneling, scare card posters, and cozy MU vibes. This room features a twin-over-full bunk bed and 55” smart TV for even more enjoyment. You’ll also enjoy a Monsters themed bathroom!
Bedroom 3 – Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway
Have you ever wanted to sleep in a ride? In our Runaway Railway room, you’ll feel like you’re there! Featuring a red and white checked carpet, twin-over-full bunk bed, yellow little dressers, a 55” smart TV, and a huge picnic scene from the ride, this room will help you dream in color.
Bedroom 4 – The Muppet Room (Second Primary)
Our second primary bedroom is a tribute to all Muppets, but mostly the ones that are (projected) to feature in the new Rock’n Roller Coaster re-theme, the Electric Mayhem! With a queen bed, 55” smart TV, and vintage Muppets records, this room is your rock and roll dream. The ensuite bathroom is perfect for couples traveling together, alleviating the need to share.
Toy Story Arcade
Ready for some friendly competition? Head to the Toy Story-themed game room, where you’ll find a 65” smart TV for shows and sports, foosball and pool tables, cozy seating and puzzle station, retro gaming console with 20,000+ games (Mario, Crash, Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and more!) This is a favorite hangout spot for kids and adults alike!
Outdoor Living
Enjoy a dip in the pool and hot tub (heat optional) or relax at the high-top table with a refreshing drink. Watch the sunset over the lake, or just enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. The north-facing pool area offers a mix of sunshine and shade throughout the day. There’s also a convenient outdoor shower and plenty of space to spread out. We have recently added a (removable) pool fence in addition to our existing pool alarms.

Parking: Included in the driveway for a maximum of 3 cars.
Pool Heat: Included for $30 daily (optional).
Pets: For the health and protection of other guests, no pets or emotional support animals are allowed. (Service animals welcome with prior notice)
Security Cameras: we have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests, management, owners, and property. They are in public view and are pointed at public areas only as we value guests' privacy. NO cameras are inside this home or in the swimming/lounging areas.
Smoking: for the health of all, there is no smoking indoors. We have a $500 fee + remediation if violated.
Self-catering home: When you arrive, you will find all the starters to feel at home. You’ll find hand soap, one roll of paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once these items are used, the guest will need to shop for more if required.
