- Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent, and softener.
- Two parking spaces on the driveway and another in the garage.

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- No visitors allowed.
- No pets.
- No smoking inside the property (if guests smoke inside, we will charge a fee).
- No drugs inside the property (medical cannabis neither).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- We are required to take out our shoes inside of the property, especially at the second floor.
- We have a Ring doorbell at the front door for security reasons.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees, so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and an uncontrollable situation.
