Wonderful place, convenient to EVERYTHING but in a quiet neighborhood so you can get away from the hustle and bustle and just relax. We LOVED it! Hopefully this will stay a short term rental so we can book again next year!

Wonderful!

This rental was perfectly located between Duval Street and Fort Zachary State Park Beach. It was clean and well equipped! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Great location

Able to walk to many major attractions. Unit was clean and organized. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Almost perfect stay

All was perfect, unit, location, amenities BUT unit listed King size bed and it wasn’t so disappointed at that

Key west rental stay

Only thing is the A/C needs to be set on 73 which can be a little warm for some.

Very Nice Property

Enjoyed the location and the Condo layout. Liked the large deck and privacy with the foliage in the rear. Our only complaint would be that there is really not storage for groceries & dry goods. Would rent it again!

Enjoyable stay! =)

Wonderful! Location was amazing, close to all attractions, restaurants, and shops. No need for a car. Accommodations were very nice and Compass Realty was very prompt with correspondence and very accommodating as we needed to store our luggage until our flight left late the day we checked out. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

KW Vacay

We loved the property. However, the AC want up to par. We are used to heat & humidity since we are from on the coast in Texas.

College Move In and vacation

Great property. Great location. Check in at office is a little cumbersome - you need to go to office to get keys and return keys there. Would be easier to just have all digital.

Great location

This condo was comfortable for me as a single person. The kitchen area is very well equipped with respect to utensils and cookware. The location is excellent. I walked to the beaches at Southernmost and Zachary Taylor State Park. For watching TV, i would recommend sticking with the FIsion system. It’s got everything most folks could possibly need and is very user-friendly.

Great place

Cute little apartment. We'll equipped with what you would need. There was even an umbrella we could use for the rainy day! When we got there the bathroom sink was draining really slow. I messaged the property manager and received a quick response. Maintenance came out that day and took care of the issue.

Close to a perfect stay

Just about everything about this property was perfect for the price - only drawbacks were the noise from traffic on Southard Street and the slow communication from the listing company. If the owners provided access to 2 bikes that would be even better, but the location and property condition were excellent. Maybe providing a white noise machine in the bedroom to drown out morning traffic would help as Southard St has become fairly busy with access to the amphitheater and State park.

Another relaxing vacation in Key West! Can't wait to return!

We had a really nice stay at the Sun Sea and Sky! The bed was sooo comfy (as was the sofa) the back deck is HUGE and the location can't be beat. The sink in the bathroom IS hilariously small, but it didn't affect our time at the condo. The extra space off of the kitchen was a handy spot to store our luggage and items we didn't need for the week. The washer and dryer were GREAT!! The onsite pool was lovely, and never crowded. The check in/out process was a bit of a pain, but you'll encounter that everywhere. Keys were needed for the pool and the gates, and it wasn't a big deal. The condo was spotless and the towels were nice! We did NOT want to leave, and we're already working to determine when we can return.

Great stay

With the added East facing deck we had plenty of room to relax when a break was wanted. Didn’t cook anything since going out to eat in KW you have a 95% of enjoying where ever you pick to eat, rent is to high for bad restaurants to stay open. Like the perks of pool and beach towels along with the use of the cooler. Bathroom and shower no complaints.. bed could be slightly firmer but we slept fine every night. We’ve stayed in the Annex condos about 8/9times now this was a nice one.

Unit very clean and well-maintained.The only negatives were an extremely small bathroom sink with poor lighting for shaving, also poor lighting in kitchen area, mattress was squeaky every time you moved and the pillows were very flat causing severe neck pain.We ate all meals out so we did not take advantage of kitchen appliances or supplies.Very nice unit overall.Tried to rebook for next year but unit was booked by owner for our requested week.

No dishwasher / small bathroom / kitchen storage for tall people

VRBO advertises this property has a dishwasher. It does NOT have a dishwasher. Be advised also that the bathroom sink is so small, to the point of almost being useless. Lastly, if you are short (under 5'8 or so), you'll never be able to reach the shelf above the sink that contains all the cups, glasses, etc. Other than that, the property is well maintained. Its in a good location within a mile or less of most of old town Key West. The pool was very nice. The Duval Loop bus has stops just before and just after the Truman Annex and passes right by the apartment. It made getting around without a vehicle very doable. Note that this free bus fare goes up to 1 as of July 7, 2025.
