This 2-bedroom unit, renovated in 2017, seamlessly blends old-world charm with modern amenities, creating a light and airy space ideal for families or small groups.
Step into your private entrance from the main porch, leading up a stairwell directly into the unit. The entryway opens into a central hallway, with a small storage closet and the in-suite washer/dryer conveniently located immediately to your right.
Towards the back of the property, you'll find the open-concept living and dining areas, boasting clear sightlines into the fully equipped kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats 6, while the living space offers a full-size couch, two large armchairs, and a large TV with an Amazon Firestick, mounted into a beautiful mantle. Modern décor and textural elements create a cozy, inviting atmosphere throughout.
Centrally located between the living and bedroom spaces is the 4-piece bathroom, complete with a full-size tub and vanity drawers with built-in outlets for easy organization.
Heading towards the front of the property, the master bedroom is bathed in natural light from its large front-facing window. This room features a comfortable queen-size bed, an original fireplace mantle, a 6-drawer dresser, and a huge 65-inch smart TV. Adjacent to the master is a dedicated office space, complete with a full-size desk, ideal for work or school needs during your stay. The second bedroom, nestled in the middle of the unit, offers two twin beds, a chest of drawers, and a closet.

Metro Access: Snowdon metro station (Orange and Blue Lines) is just one block away. Reach downtown Montreal in a quick 15-minute ride! Avoid downtown parking hassles by taking the metro.
Car Access: The unit provides easy access to Decarie Blvd (Highway 15), facilitating travel throughout the city. Downtown Montreal is a 15-minute drive, and the historic Old Port is 20 minutes by car. Highways 40 and 20 are under 10 minutes away (traffic permitting), connecting you to all parts of the city and beyond.
Walkable Neighborhood: The lively Snowdon area on Queen Mary Road is just one block away, offering a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy, SAQ (liquor store), SQDC (cannabis store), and charming local shops.
