It was our pleasure to host Patricia for a couple of days while they enjoyed the highlights of Naples. We found them to be very friendly, polite and considerate guests who looked after our property extremely well. We have no hesitation in recommending them to other hosts.

Great property & location.

House was clean & in excellent condition. Great neighborhood for walking & biking. Pool with lake view was spot on. Nearby shopping for groceries, restaurants & coffee shop. Downtown Naples & beach quick drive. Property management responded immediately to a minor question we had. Would stay here again on future visits.

The location is 15mins drive to 5th Ave.It’s in a relatively middle class area .No sightseeing or shops/restaurants within walking distance. My opinion it’s not worth 1035.00 per night based on location only. There’s a separate pool heating fee,pet fee, also I’ll pay attention to the weather especially Jan/Feb/Mar it tends to be chilly and the pool isn’t heated enough.Overall the house is in immaculate condition,my issues is location, price and communication with property management team.

Best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in

We were a little nervous when we booked this property because there were some older reviews talking about shabby carpet, etc. Those reviews are totally irrelevant today as this place has been renovated top to bottom!!!!! This vacation rental totally exceeded our expectations! Not only were the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms super comfy for our group, but the lakeview from the whole back of the house was really nice. We enjoyed a very nice BBQ outside one evening on the screened in patio and had our morning coffee there as well. Booking was super easy. Property manager sent us a door code with instructions and we just went straight to the house. House was super clean and everything worked great. We will definitely come back. Fifth Ave was maybe a just a 3-4 mile drive. Again - ignore the old reviews - they are not at all the case today.

Lovely home

We stayed at this home for 20 days in March of 2023. The property manager was wonderful, very supportive!!! The home and pool are lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much. The layout is very nice and the rooms and outside space were very comfortable. The house is in a good location, we loved walking around the neighborhood and being able to walk to the grocery store. The only drawback to staying here was that, as a frequent renter, i am used to vrbo home rentals being more "stocked" with things like salt and pepper, extra beach towels, pack and play etc. In the renters information book it says that if there were things we needed that were not there, we were free to buy them, but not to leave them behind. I did do that and was able to donate the baby items, towels, etc to a Goodwill that was close by. The management company did offer a rental for a baby package but it was cheaper to purchase at a nearby Target. Other than the items i had to supply myself, it really was a lovely home

Great home with pool in walkable neighborhood

I would give this home 4 and a half stars. We wanted to grill out but only one burner worked out of 2 or 3. It was the weekend and the management is only available on the weekdays. The toilet flapper in one of the attached bathrooms was broken. In the master bathroom the toilet paper holder broke off. The upholstery on two of the chairs is torn up and needs replacing. Those were all fairly minor problems. Otherwise, the house is set up adequately and it's a major plus to have three of the four bathrooms ensuite. The open kitchen, living room and dining room make the house very inviting and spacious. In the screened in area, there's a big table near the pool and 4 lounge chairs. We never got a bug bite! One suggestion would be to add a full length mirror. We could only see ourselves from the waist up in the bathroom mirrors.

Not the best decision I have made

The management staff is more interested in my money than my experience. We had an agreement that they could not live up to. Instead of giving me a refund they were instead trying to ensure that I stay. My stay was horrible. They had workers at the house at 7:30 am working. They even worked on Thanksgiving day. Trucks parked in the yard and the workers were working in the back pool area and the house did not have privacy curtains. The workers could look in anytime they wanted. additionally, I found the back patio door unlocked and the workers had been using the bathroom leaving dirty hand prints on the wall above the toilet. I called and complained but no one got back to me. I had to call back. I again requested an equitable discount....My request had fell on death ears. There are too many companies out there in this market to ever consider using them again. Do not use them. It isn't just about renting a vacation home for sleeping, it is also an experience which is equally important if not more. My one star is generous. on a side note, the area is not a one time event. I return to the area often. One extremely disappointed person...…...Did I mention do not use this company?

JUST HORRIBLE dealing with the property management company

JUST HORRIBLE, opted for pool heating (paid in advance, if you decide on arrival 40% more) when we arrived pool ice cold, maintenance guy showed up and said nothing he could do. Home poorly stocked, no cleaning supplies, no salt & pepper, no coffee filters, no broom, no chopping knife, one roll of paper towel, one extra toilet paper roll for 4 bathrooms - ridiculous. We could not access garage, pool was dirty, TV's in bedrooms did not work, and check out time is 10am never heard of a 10am checkout. I would never recommend any property from this property management company.

It is clear by this review that this guest doesn't read. In our listing and reservation confirmation we are clear about what we provide and don't provide. After a guest books we offer optional pool heat on multiple ocassions. This guest either didn't respond or declined pool heat. TVs are provided in bedrooms for streamline. We also provide Hulu TV service with local channels. Check out time is also clearly stated in many, many places. Had this guest taken the time to read the listing and many communications he would have had reasonable expectations.

Nice Family Retreat

House is ample in size and simple in layout and decoration but very functional. Pool area could use some TLC. We enjoyed our stay as the rooms were sapcious and we were able to work, realx and cook as a fmaily in comfort. The area is quiet and is great for walking and jogging. A bit separated from the Naples center and beaches but the nearby shopping center was very practical. Felt the price was too high for location and home. Overall we had a great stay!

Comfortable home-great location

This home was comfortable and in a lovely neighbourhood. There was a great walking path around a small lake and we could walk to little mall with Publix, Starbucks and a few little restaurants. We rented bikes and were able to bike downtown Naples. The house had most of the basic amenities although it was missing a few essentials (like a broom and a cutting board). The biggest complaint we had was that the carpets were unraveling and dirty. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Particularly sitting outside by the pool and the beautiful lake.

Never again

We visited Rovigo for the third and last time this month. We enjoyed our stay the first two years because the house was clean and well equipped, but mostly because the back yard had a pool, spa and beautiful hedges that provided privacy. This year, without informing us, they removed all of the hedges and the spa, leaving the entire pool area open to the public. This was not at all what we rented before, and they have ignored our complaints in both phone calls and emails. This is no way to treat customers, and we will never rent from this company again.

We were VERY dissatisfied with our rental experience. At the time of booking, the property listed a hot tub as one of the amenities. THERE WAS NO HOT TUB! Apparently it had been removed without anyone advising us. Furthermore, the home seemed to be in the middle of a renovation with an exposed electrical wire in the pool area, missing cabinets and a hole in the wall of the bedroom closet. Basic amenities were missing including a toaster and garage door clicker. Our calls to their service number were met with inaction and even rudeness. We will never rent from these people again.

Great Vacation

My wife and I rented this delightful two bedroom and two bath single family home for a week in February. The house is located in the lovely Kings Lake community. The house has an outstanding pool and adjoining hot tub in a very private backyard. The backyard is also steps away from a very nice lake that abounds with wildlife. The Kings Lake community is well situated in Naples. For example, there is a Publix supermarket that is less than a 5minute drive away. The staff at Naples Florida Vacation Homes was very friendly and professional. We intend on coming back next year, only for a much longer stay.
