We loved the stay. The house is located close to beach access and Stinky's, one of our favorite stops. My parents have a condo just down the street, so it was very convenient for us. We spent most of our time out and about enjoying 30A, but we did enjoy pool days and catching up on some much needed R&R when we were at the house. The home was big enough to house multiple families under one roof. The host was helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Overall an amazing house to stay at with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Great location easy to get to. Host and property people easy to message. Had a little problem with the very top floor and maintenance man was over that evening to check on it. They are aware and hopefully resolving and fixing the problem as that was the only unpleasant thing about our stay. Pool was just right size. Beach is close. Prob half mile walk if you like walking . Fridge did fine just have to give it time like it says to get back to cold once you pile all your stuff in but we didn’t have much issues. Beds comfy. Had a good time w family!

Here’s a revised version that includes your group’s size and highlights the layout:We had a wonderful stay! Our group consisted of three families with 13 people, and the layout of the home was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own privacy, while the main floor provided a great gathering place where we could all cook, eat, and spend time together. The host was fantastic to work with. Communication was excellent, and they responded quickly to any questions or needs we had throughout our stay. Our only suggestion is that if you’re hosting larger groups who plan to cook and eat most of their meals at the house, a separate beverage refrigerator or a larger main refrigerator would be helpful for storing everyone’s food and drinks.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this property. We’d be happy to stay here again!

This house was so beautiful and so perfect for my family spring break, from the time I booked to the time I left Todd was amazing. The check-in was great the house was clean and fully equipped the heated pool we really enjoyed and the golf cart was the cherry on top, because we got to ride down 30A and sightsee as a local and not to mention the beach was 5 minutes from the house. The perfect location to many stores and restaurants Everything was amazing and I would recommend this place to everyone and will be booking again. Thank you for everything

Beautiful and spacious home!! Exactly as pictured. Big plus was to have every bedroom have their own bathroom and beds and were amazingly comfortable. Kitchen was wonderful with a lot of seating around the huge island. Fully stocked and a nice big pantry for extra space (cases of water, snacks, etc). Pool area was great with adequate seating (it was hot so we spent most of the time in the pool). Golf cart was an added plus and needed!! Beach was a ways away and too hot to walk. It’s a small beach area (closest one) but there were beach chairs to rent as well. Cute shops and restaurants just a golf cart or short uber ride away. You will not be disappointed!!

This house is absolutely beautiful! Everyone had their own bathroom which was great. Property manager was quick to respond. The kids loved the pool which is completely shaded in the afternoon. The golf cart was well used going to the beach which made it a quick access. The beds slept great. This was our first time on 30 A & we had a great week. I highly recommend this home. Thanks for the hospitality!

The property was great - we loved the layout and the pool, and the golf cart was extremely useful because it’s a bit of a trek to the beach. However, the fridge didn’t work - upon loading the fridge, it shot up to over 70 degrees, and the temperature didn’t come down until the next day. We had to re-purchase food that spoiled and keep breast milk and medicine in coolers. To keep the fridge at an acceptable temperature, we had to keep ice in it at all times. There was a note on the fridge and in the FAQs that the fridge struggles to cool and that guests should give it 24 hours to adjust, but that is too long for food to sit in a warm fridge. Otherwise we loved the property, but this was a major inconvenience and food safety issue. For such a lovely home at a fairly high price, a reliable working fridge is a reasonable baseline expectation.

Thank you for the review of Harmony. Like all other fridges, when filling a fridge with room temperature or warm food, the fridge temperature rises. This does not mean the fridge is not working properly, rather that you did not follow the instructions, as shown by the fridge lowering to the correct temperature within 24 hours of you filling the fridge with warm items. In the end, we're happy to that you enjoyed the layout, included golf cart, and private pool. We wish you the best.
