Welcome to the ultimate Caldwell group getaway—two neighboring, nearly identical mirrored homes booked together exclusively for your group.



Located at 303 and 306 CM Ridge Lane, these sister properties sit near one another on the same cul-de-sac and provide an ideal setup for large groups who want to stay together without squeezing everyone into one house.



Together, the properties accommodate up to 28 registered guests and provide:



• 6 bedrooms total

• 4 full bathrooms total

• 2 fully equipped kitchens

• 2 living/gathering spaces

• 2 large conditioned bonus/game rooms

• 2 washers and dryers

• Garage and RV-bay spaces

• Pickleball setups

• Patios and BBQs

• Ample on-site parking

• Separate living spaces for different families or portions of your group



🏡 TWO HOMES — ONE GROUP



Each home is its own complete residence with a mirrored/reversed floorplan.



Rather than putting 28 people under one roof, this arrangement gives your group two separate homes right near each other.



That makes it especially convenient for:

• Church or community groups

• Corporate and work crews

🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



Each home accommodates up to 14 guests, for a combined maximum occupancy of 28 registered overnight guests.



Each property's main living quarters sleep up to 9 guests, with additional flexible sleeping accommodations for up to 5 guests in the conditioned bonus/game room above that home's garage.



Across both properties, this provides:



• 6 traditional bedrooms

• Main-house sleeping for up to 18 guests

• Flexible bonus-room sleeping for up to 10 additional guests

• Maximum combined occupancy — 28 guests



Bonus-room accommodations include rollaway/floor mattresses and should not be expected to provide the same bedroom-style setup as the main sleeping areas.



🎮 TWO HUGE BONUS / GAME ROOMS — PLEASE READ



Each property has a large conditioned bonus/game room located above its garage.



These provide additional entertainment, gathering, game, and flexible sleeping spaces—especially useful for older kids, teens, teams, and larger groups.



The bonus rooms are heated and cooled; however, neither bonus room is directly connected to its home's main living quarters.



Access to each bonus room is only through the garage and up the designated staircase.



Guests sleeping upstairs will need to travel through the garage to reach the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces in the main portion of their respective home.



🍳 TWO FULL KITCHENS & DINING AREAS



Having two fully equipped kitchens is one of the biggest advantages of booking both homes.



Prepare breakfast in both houses, divide meal prep between groups, keep different schedules, or use one home as an additional gathering space.



The homes have slightly different dining configurations:



• One property features a larger farmhouse-style dining table

• The sister property features three café-style tables, allowing guests to dine, play games, work, or gather in smaller groups

Each home has its own washer and dryer.



For groups of this size—especially sports teams, families, corporate stays, and longer reservations—having two separate laundry areas can make the stay significantly more convenient.

The properties provide generous garage/RV-bay space and recreational areas.



Pickleball setups provide another way for your group to play and spend time together regardless of the weather.



Please use recreational equipment responsibly and return equipment to its designated location after use.



🌳 OUTDOOR LIVING



Both properties include outdoor areas and patios, providing additional room for relaxing, BBQing, dining, and spending time together.



Outdoor spaces and amenities are exposed to Idaho's changing weather and seasonal conditions, so their appearance and usability may vary throughout the year.



Two neighboring homes, two kitchens, multiple gathering areas, and sleeping accommodations for up to 28 make this a uniquely flexible setup for large groups visiting the Treasure Valley.



🐾 Dog-Friendly



We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs in our home. Dogs must be included in the reservation, with applicable pet fees paid. Guests remain responsible for supervising them and preventing damage or disturbances. If you plan to bring 2 or more dogs, please reach out for approval before arrival.



Kindly note: We kindly ask guests to clean up after their dogs during their stay. If dog waste is left behind, an additional $25 fee may apply. Thank you for helping us keep the home fresh and welcoming for everyone. Cats not allowed.



Guest Access:

Booking this combined listing provides your registered group access to both 303 and 306 CM Ridge Lane.



Guests have access to the designated guest areas of both properties, including:



• Both 3-bedroom main homes

• Both kitchens

• Both living areas

• 4 bathrooms total

• Both laundry areas

• Designated garage/RV-bay areas

• Both conditioned bonus/game rooms

📍 TWO SEPARATE HOMES — PLEASE READ



Although booked together, 303 and 306 are two separate residences.



They are not internally connected. Guests move between the properties outside.



Please make sure everyone in your group knows which home and sleeping area they are using.



🎮 BONUS ROOM ACCESS — IMPORTANT



Each home's upstairs bonus/game room is accessed ONLY by a staircase located inside that home's garage.



There is no interior staircase connecting either bonus room directly to its respective main living quarters.



Both bonus rooms are conditioned with heating and cooling but are physically separated from the main bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.



🔑 IMPORTANT — BONUS ROOM DOORS



The bonus-room stairway/doors have locks; however, no guest keys are provided for these locks.



Please DO NOT lock these doors during your stay.



Locking one could prevent guests from accessing or exiting the bonus-room area normally and may require management assistance to regain access.



With a group of this size, please make sure all adults and children understand that these doors should remain unlocked whenever the bonus rooms are in use.



🚗 PARKING & GARAGE



The two properties provide generous on-site parking suitable for larger groups.



Guests have access to designated parking and garage/RV-bay areas associated with the two homes.



Please keep the cul-de-sac, neighboring properties, driveways, and access points clear.



🗑️ TRASH



A shared dumpster is located near the neighboring property and is available for guest use.



Please securely bag all household trash from both homes and dispose of it in the dumpster throughout your stay and before checkout.



Guests do not need to move garbage bins or containers for collection.

Please be especially considerate when traveling with a large group. Outdoor conversations, music, vehicles, arrivals and departures can have a greater impact when 20+ people are staying together.



These homes are designed for groups who want to stay together—not for parties or disruptive events.

Both properties offer private, contactless self check-in, so there's no need to coordinate an in-person arrival.



Our local management team is available through your booking platform's messaging system if you have questions, need assistance, or something comes up at either property during your stay.



For the quickest response—and so our team can keep everything related to your reservation in one place—we ask that reservation-related communication remain within the booking platform whenever possible.



If you discover something that needs our attention, please let us know as soon as reasonably possible during your stay and specify whether the concern is at 303 or 306 CM Ridge Lane.



Photos are extremely helpful when reporting a concern.
