Welcome to Casa Verde – a high-end, newly renovated home with partial lake views and stylish touches throughout. This fully furnished retreat features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and sleeps 6 comfortably. The spacious open-concept living area includes a cozy electric fireplace and large smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the lake. Conveniently located near Eufaula and Nichols Point, it’s stocked with all the essentials for your perfect getaway.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, except for a locked cleaning closet and the detached garage. Casa Verde is your private retreat near Eufaula and Nichols Point—relax, unwind, and enjoy all the comforts of this beautifully updated getaway.

We give guests their space but are always just a message or phone call away if you need anything during your stay. We`re happy to offer recommendations or help with any questions that come up.

There is parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Please note that a boat or trailer counts as one vehicle toward the total.
**A $120 pet fee applies to all reservations with pets. All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation at the time of booking. This fee does not apply to service animals as defined by law.

***Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:15 AM without prior approval will be charged $75 per hour for each additional hour they remain inside the home. This policy ensures we have sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests.

1- To protect the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors, and guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all pet waste. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated.
2- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am. (No parties/events)
3- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
