Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the property did not meet your expectations. We have passed your comments regarding housekeeping along to our team for review. We would like to clarify that we did not receive any communication regarding cleanliness, insects, or other concerns during your stay. The photos referenced were sent after checkout without any context or description of what concerns they were intended to document. Had these issues been brought to our attention while you were in the property, we would have gladly sent our team to inspect and address them. Regarding supplies, as outlined in our rental agreement, we provide a starter supply of paper goods and cleaning essentials to help guests get settled. These supplies are not intended to last for the entirety of a week-long stay, and guests may need to replenish them depending on their needs. We appreciate your feedback and wish we had been given the opportunity to assist while you were here. Thank you for choosing Island Rentals of Hilton Head, and we hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Thanks for this review, Sharon! This unit it perfect for an oceanfront trip with minimum effort, especially if you use the bikes! I will pass the note along about water pressure, but with all the units I'm sure that's more of an overall HOA subject. I will also make sure Scotty sees this! We look forward to welcoming you back.

Thanks for your review, CHris! Glad to hear you enjoyed the trip. We hope you'll come stay again!
