Dette rummelige byhus på # 40 Ocean Breeze i South Forest Beach-området har en fantastisk beliggenhed. Det er omgivet af Atlanterhavet, såvel som Van der Meer Tennis Universitet, Spinnaker Fitness Center og butikker og restauranter i Coligny Plaza. Vores rækkehus er inden for gåafstand til alle.

Den anden ovenpå soveværelse har to enkeltsenge og madrasser, der kan omdannes til en king-size seng. Alle værelser har kabel-tv. Der er sengetøj og håndklæder i alle værelser. To-etagers rækkehus design sikrer, at der ikke sover nogen over dig - for at sikre en rolig aften hvil.

We had a wonderful stay. Loved that there were bikes!!! The beach wagon and chairs came in real handy for our walks to the beach. Very clean and was great for our stay!

Condo was as described. Had 1 issue with dryer but was handled perfectly and very quick. Only thing is parking is tight. If you have a big vehicle like we have, be prepared for a lot pulling forward and backing up.

Management company was a nightmare to deal with. Professionalism and communication was just awful. We will not stay with this company again.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with our management team did not meet your expectations. Throughout your stay, our team responded to your communications and, at checkout, you indicated that everyone was safe and that you had enjoyed your stay. We were glad to hear that at the time. The primary issue following your departure involved irreparable damage to the property's electric grill. The grill is clearly marked as an electric appliance, with multiple posted instructions explaining its proper use. Our inspection determined that charcoal had been used in the electric grill, causing a fire that required a response from the local fire department, who agreed with our assessment. Because the grill had to be replaced, you were charged for the replacement cost in accordance with the rental agreement, which states that renters are financially responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Additionally, the property's gate passes were not returned at checkout despite posted instructions stating that passes must remain in the unit and that replacement fees may apply if they are not returned. Rather than immediately charging for the missing passes, we provided an opportunity for them to be mailed back as a courtesy. While we understand that disagreements regarding damage charges can be frustrating, the charges were the result of documented property damage and missing property, and were handled in accordance with the property's policies and the terms of the signed rental agreement. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Our Stay at 40 Ocean Breeze

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year staying at this location. We love is a very nice unit and is spacious enough for our family of 7! It is in great condition and we love the 4 bicycles that are provided with the rental. We love Treetops and have been staying in this area for many years. We will definitely book this unit again! The only suggestion I would make is to replace the clothes dryer. Island Rentals had to send out a repairman last year about the dryer not working..The dryer hadn't been replaced this year and we again had a terrible time getting our things dried. Otherwise, fabulous place! Thank you!

Great location!

Property was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. So close to the pools, beach, restaurants and shopping, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful.

Great Location

We loved our stay during a family reunion/Easter trip. The townhome is centrally located to the beach, shops, restaurants and all that Hilton Head has to offer. We will definitely be staying here again.

Sister's Family Vacation

Two sisters with husbands and two children each--stayed here very comfortably. Nice pool, good location to beach, beach chairs etc in closet--very appreciated. Would recommend to families.

Lovely family getaway!

We loved our time here with our parents and 2 year old daughter! The unit had everything we needed to cook a few meals. It was clean and close to Coligny beach. I enjoyed talking long walks on S Forest Beach and Cordillo. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Just right

We enjoyed staying at Ocean Breeze! The house was the perfect size for my husband and I, our two teens, and our older parents. The pool was nice and the back walkway to the beach was convenient. We loved biking and walking there.

Nice Townhouse

This property was very nice with a well equipped kitchen and everything we needed. It was a plus that it was dog friendly! The beach was close enough for us. Restaurants, shopping was close by. The property landscape and grounds were well maintained and very pleasing. Great trip!

The condo was perfect for our needs. We had three children with us, ages 5, 9, and 11. The 9 and 11 easily rode bikes to the beach. There are beach toys and chairs and a wagon to carry them. There are three pools in the complex and we visited all of them. The condo is well situated near Coligny and Sea Pines. We had a great time.

Happy to Be Back!

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this unit during the Summer of 2019. I love that I am able to bring my dogs and still be in a cozy unit in a nice neighborhood where I feel safe coming and going at all hours. We will definitely be back!

Property could use a good cleaning and updating but overall it met our needs for a great vacation. Parking was a little tight. Walk to the beach was longer than stated but bike ride only took 5 minutes.

Beautiful HHI rental!

40 Ocean Breeze was perfect for our family of six. The place is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The upstairs bedrooms and baths are fabulous. The downstairs bathroom is a bit small but functional. The owners have provided all of the beach necessities. Parking is a little tight. Our only recommendation for the property was would be to improve the signage on the units and add more lighting for guests arriving after dark. We will definitely stay here again!

It can certainly be a bit of a struggle when arriving after dark! Beyond that, it's always great to hear that our renters had a fun time on the island and used the extra beach amenities provided. Only issue we had was with the dishwasher. Not all the water drains out even when pushing the drain button on the machine.

Everything was great except beds were not comfortable, the fridge went out. Door was messed up. But I called and they brought out a little fridge for us and fixed the door in a timely manner. It is not a great area. Other than the beds and the small tv Everything was great. I like to lay in bed and watch tv but the tv was so small i couldn't. If I knew that they fixed the beds, I would stay again.

Our stay at 40 ocean breeze

Our family stayed at 40 Ocean breeze and we had a great time. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was just right for our group of seven. The kitchen was great for when we cooked at home. It had everything we needed. The pool was nearby and it was a short walk to the beach. We used the 4 bikes provided almost every day. It also came with 4 beach chairs but we did not use them. The condo was very clean and tidy. We liked the condo and we really liked Hilton Head island.

Beautiful Island Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is gorgeous. Out the back door is a little lagoon filled with turtles. It wasn’t uncommon to see a little lizard scuttling across the deck. We were a short walk from coligny beach, shops, and restaurants. There are plenty of grocery stores near by as well. There was plenty of space for all of us for both sleeping and lounging in the living room. All of the amenities made it feel like we were staying in our own home. I can’t wait to go back

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience the downstairs shower created, The downstairs shower was remodeled less than a year ago and some repairs were made to the shower. There may have been some confusion as to what was said during the phone call about the shower handle, but we would not knowingly put a guest in a unit with a none working shower. 4th of July vacation

Overall the property was quaint. It could use some upgrades, but was just like any other beach rental. The second floor shower did not work. The beds and pillows in each room needs updating. The downstairs bedroom door does not lock for privacy and the blinds need replacing as it had missing pieces. The pullout sofa bed was really dirty. All of the beds in each room had dirt under them. The next door unit is undergoing repairs and the noise began early each day throughout our stay. Our family would stay again if some uodates were made and the cleaning was updated. The walk to the beach and pool was nice and not long at all, just make sure you have a rolling cart for all your items needed. While I did list a few negatives, we had a great vacation.

Great location; unit needs some upgrades.

Let me start by saying that we absolutely love Hilton Head! The location of this townhouse is perfect. Right in the middle of everything. I will say that the 3 bathroom upgrades were done very nicely. The new living room furniture was well chosen and comfortable. Now for the bad news: the kitchen needs a lot more than just a facelift. The cabinets are old and pretty damaged, the icemaker is inoperable, the stove came apart during our stay and, it’s an understatement if I say that there is an excessive amount of items in the kitchen cabinets (67 coffee cups - no joke). We did speak to the property management team, Island Rentals, and they could not have been any more accommodating. Jay, especially was an absolute rockstar!! We had an issue with the bed in the master bedroom and they did all that they were permitted to do by the owner, swapped mattresses. If you are only staying for a week, you might be able to look past a few of these things, but when it’s an extended stay, a difficult mattress is really hard to put up with. We even purchased an 100 mattress pad in an effort to help the situation. All in all, we love the development and will return…. likely just renting another unit.

Thanks for your review, Denis! Sorry to hear about the mattress and the kitchen being over stocked with seemingly excessive items. The mattress game is a fickle one when purchasing for vacation rentals, but I totally understand the inconvenience of not having what you prefer for a longer stay. We do hope you rent with us next year, maybe just a different unit!
