Dette er 2 soveværelser 2 bad villa er alt på et niveau på anden sal i Forest Beach Villas. Villaen har nye fladskærms-tv i stuen og soveværelset. Der er også trådløs internetadgang. Det store soveværelse har en king size seng og eget privat bad. Gæstesoveværelset har 2 enkeltsenge og et fjernsyn. En hall bad er støder op til dette soveværelse. Dette kompleks omfatter en swimmingpool og tennisbaner på stedet og har overdækket parkering og en elevator. Placeringen af Forest Beach Villas kan ikke være beat - gåafstand til supermarkeder, shopping, restauranter og underholdning (Coligny Plaza). Det er lige over gaden fra stranden. Hvis du er bekendt med den tidligere Holiday Inn, er den diagonalt på tværs af gaden, lige ved Coligny Circle. Børnene vil nyde den nye splash fontæne ved indgangen til Coligny Beach Park. Masser af sjov for alle aldre kun få skridt væk!

Parkinson vacation 2025

1st time staying here. Everything was great with the exception of wifi not working which meant TV didn't work. After around 3 hours got all info and my son in law worked with cable company and got everything set up. Condo overall was clean and spacious. Everyone in the family was happy as well .

Great family spot

Location is amazing, the best playground ever is in the backyard. Restaurants and shops near by. The unit is huge, very clean and accommodating for our family of 4 (1year old and 5 year old). We biked all around, and the beach is across the street.

Beach getaway

Very spacious! Short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza!! We all loved looking for the alligator and the turtles everyday, in the lagoon! Enjoyed the view of the lagoon with fountains. quiet and relaxing!

Family Vacation

Second time staying in this condo. Property is located right by Coligny Plaza. Checked in on Sunday. Seabreeze met us the condo to make sure it was ready. Megan was amazing and made.everything easy.

Clean and Quiet

Condo was very clean, quiet and in a great location. It does have some things that need some updates/repairs (Front door closet, dishwasher, sliding glass door handle and the doors for the washer/dryer) but overall was great for our stay. The condo is bigger than the pictures do it justice.

The condo was outdated and not very clean. Our cable was cut off 24 hours early. The beds were terrible. The residents othe complex were down right NASTY. They bitched about music and kids being kids in the pool. Made for very uncomfortable pool time. We made the best of it and did enjoy our stay. Not sure if we would again though.

Need of maintenance and cleaning

We have stayed in this complex many times and love it. This is the first time in the 223 condo. We made the stay work as we always come prepaired for the most part. On the short list. Most light switches do nothing, garbage disposal not working so drain was clogged, Second bathroom toilet is a real rocker, needs a good cleaning( We cleanded alot to feel comfortable) No hair dryer. This the short list. We did call the managment Company and they were going to send someone to fix some of it but we refused while there, can be done after we leave. It could be that no one reported maintenance issues, not sure. The Associate for the managment company was really accomidating and freindly, mad us feel comfortable.

Patio People Pass On By

Outdated but functional decor is fine; functional being the key word here. However, with so many reviews of a non-functional patio door, I thought it would be fixed by now. It's not. There is a note on the door to access the patio/balcony via the bedrooms, and the management company seems to think that this is ok. For someone accustomed to eating their meals on the balcony, it's ridiculous to assume that guests will be ok with carrying meals through the bedrooms. The plate glass window in the living room is literally duct taped. Is this even legal?

Fantastic Location

We had a wonderful stay at the property and would stay again. Can't beat the location! We never used our car and biked everywhere. The grounds were clean, and the buildings kept up very nicely. The condo was very large and worked great for our group of 4. The furniture is dated but functional. Lots of drawer/closet space. Constructive suggestions would be to get a new toaster (It burns your toast every time regardless of temp setting) and upgrade to a Keurig. The kitchen needs a good deep clean of all drawers, cabinets, cabinet faces, corners especially around the washer/dryer area. Get rid of all the old/stained cups as they do not come clean and make sure the silverware drawers are cleaned between each stay as we had to clean them out of crumbs and drips of food/liquid. Even though the kitchen cabinets are old, they would look a lot better if new contact paper was placed in them instead of the old/ripped up stuff there. Get rid of all the old and random stuff just sitting in all the kitchen cabinets and drawers, deep clean and then put in some contact paper or something on the bottoms. If the kitchen was given a little more TLC it would be great. Still highly recommend this unit and location.

Outdated decor but still solid choice

Condo was as described, clean and in prime location. Decor is very outdated and furniture a bit worn. King bed wasn’t very comfortable but not a deal breaker. Check in could have been a bit easier, manager forgot to set out our packet so we had to call and wait for her to meet us. She got there in about ten minutes so didn’t wait long. Our only complaint was we found three cockroaches during our stay. Called the manager, she advised she would send the exterminator and asked if “we had any other complaints” not sure what she meant by that but I was a little taken aback. Didn’t even get an apology for the bug issue. Three more days passed and never saw an exterminator treat the condo. We know in general bugs are an issue in the area but this was the first time we have ever had a bug problem in a condo we’ve rented on the island and we’ve been coming for 8 years. It would have been more assuring if the manager had called me back to advise when and if the treatment was going to occur while we were there or to even offer some sort of apology or discount. All that said, it’s still a condo we would rent again and recommend for others. Just a management hiccup or two.

Good location

Pros: Easy walk to beach and restaurants, quiet, well outfitted kitchen, air conditioning was fine, underground parking, very clean and reasonable price Cons: Somewhat outdated and worn furniture The pool is quite small We had a lovely vacation and would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

Awesome!

We really enjoyed this unit! Everything about it was nice. It is spacious, clean and in a great location. Loved the parking garage and easy elevator access. The landscaping of the property is so pretty, too. This made for a nice relaxing time on the balcony that overlooks a lagoon with a fountain. The teens thought it was perfect, too. Very comfy sofa and beds. Thank you for having us!

Perfect location!

Location of this property outweighs any shortcomings of the unit itself! Walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops at Coligny plaza. Yes the unit furnishings are dated, but all are clean and work well.

Comfortable and great location

We had a wonderful stay over Columbus Day weekend. Yes, the condo is a bit older, but everything works great and the mattresses were new and very comfortable. We LOVED the living room couches! Huge and comfy and perfect for movie nights. Yes, the kitchen appliances are old, but I don't think my new oven heats up as fast as this one does. I actually enjoyed the retro feel of the condo, it reminded me of how simple and well built things used to be. Of course there are some simple fixes that would possibly make the place a bit more appealing, like headboards, modern comforters and adding bedskirts, maybe a modern dining room lamp. The view to the lagoon with the palm trees and the beautiful morning sun were priceless though, and the closeness to Coligny and the beach were just plain great. Our teenagers were able to discover the area on their own which they very much enjoyed. Bike rentals are super close. We actually never used our car, since grocery and restaurants were only a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Can't beat the location! Easy to walk to the beach or dinner. The unit is outdated and could use some TLC. Loved that beach chairs, etc. we're available in the unit. We had technical issues and the property management was great to assist.

Overall Pleased

Loved the location and the ease of checking in. However most of the main lights in the rooms did not work and the lamps were not sufficient for good lighting at night. We enjoyed our week.
