To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:



⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10 pm (Noise Law).



⚠️ It is not permitted to take any item from the suite to the beach, such as the beach chair.



⚠️ The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one via Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and the other via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8 pm, access must only be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7.



⚠️ The accommodation's sockets are 220V. Laptops and cell phone chargers are dual voltage (we recommend checking before use)



⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.



⚠️ The space is exclusively for registered guests, and no other people are allowed to enter.



⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different trash bags.



⚠️ Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.



⚠️ Our check-in is from 3 pm and our check-out before 11 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.



⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed linen and bath linen change services can be arranged and paid separately. Be careful with products that could damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.



⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
