Seamless Check-In
A 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please bring a valid photo ID, and notify us in advance if someone other than the guest who booked will be checking in. The concierge will verify the reservation name.

Once inside, you’ll receive a digital door code for your unit, and a key fob will be provided for convenient access to the building throughout your stay.

The space
Set high in historic Peachtree Towers, this entire condo is designed for comfort and ease whether you’re in town for work or exploring the city. The layout sleeps 4 across 1 bedroom and an additional sleeping area in the living room, with 1 full bathroom. You’ll have WiFi, a dedicated workspace for remote work or quick check-ins, and a TV for unwinding after a day downtown. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help keep the space comfortable through Atlanta’s cooler season.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a king bed and blackout curtains to support a restful night. In the living area, a twin daybed w/ trundle creates sleeping space for two more guests. The setup is simple and flexible for couples, small groups, or families traveling together.

Kitchen and dining
A full kitchen and dining area give you the option to keep things easy on winter evenings - cook, gather, or plan the next day’s route to the city’s sights. Mornings are equally straightforward with the coffee maker and hot water kettle, and the dining table doubles as a place to eat or work.

Outdoor living
Step onto the screened-in balcony for an elevated look at downtown views from above. Even in cooler weather, the screened-in space offers a comfortable pause between plans, letting you take in the skyline while staying sheltered.

Building and access
You’ll arrive with self check-in using a keypad and access the condo via elevator. Paid parking is available both on premises and off premises, depending on availability. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Exterior security cameras are located only in common areas, elevators, and entry doors - there are no cameras inside the condo.

Neighborhood
Located in Atlanta’s Hotel District, you’re within walking distance of the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Olympic Park, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and AmericasMart. With Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations nearby, it’s easy to get around without a car, and you’ll find restaurants, cafes, and shops close to home.

The building’s heating and air system is centrally managed and operates in one mode at a time (heating or cooling), switched seasonally.

Laundry is available in the basement with coin/card-operated machines ($1.75 per load).

Pets are not permitted per HOA rules.

Parking is not included. Paid garages are nearby—31 Baker St is recommended for secure parking, while the surface lot at 17 Baker St is not recommended.
