Fully air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment situated in the popular Ocean Village resort in Gibraltar. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to the city centre, plenty of bars & restaurants and public transport. 15 mins walk from airport.
The apartment is situated on a medium/high floor in Majestic Ocean Plaza with south-facing views. In the resort the guests have access to a private pool complex with 7 pools, Jacuzzis and more.
Property is registered in Gibraltar. Reg No: STR 82714.
The Apartment:
The apartment is fully air conditioned, has two bedrooms, one with a King Size, the other with double bed and fitted wardrobes with ample storage.
The open plan living area includes a fully fitted kitchen with Ninja Air Fryer, microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dish washer, kettle and toaster. Lounge area has 2 & 3 seater settees and a dining table and 4 chairs.
The bathroom boasts a separate shower and full size bath, a heated towel rail, underfloor heating and toilet.
Guest access:
Entire two bedroom apartment, living area with kitchen and dining, separate private bathroom.
Other things to note:
Due to recent rule changes in the Ocean Village resort, If you would like to use the pool area during your stay you will need to register, have your fingerprints scanned and a photographic access card created. This needs to be done at the security office in the pool area. There is a non-refundable admin charge of £15 per person over 12 for this service. You will need to take with you a copy of your passport and booking confirmation showing the names of all the people staying in the apartment.

We’re originally from the UK but moved to Gibraltar in 2007. We bought this apartment a few years later and lived in it for a while before moving to a three bedroom when we had a kid! We haven’t been doing short term rentals for too long but love being able to share our home with travellers.

With amazing rock views, south facing terrace and beautiful views across Africa, there’s no better place to stay. Ocean Village is vibrant and has lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. The pool complex is simply the best in Gibraltar.

You won’t get a more centrally located property that is walking distance from all of the sightseeing favourites.
