Zen-like California cool modern ranch home on the East Coast! A beautiful, open, sunlit, Asian-influenced spacious home has gorgeous backyard views of preserved land with hiking/running trails and a hot tub to soak it all in.

This 4 bedroom 3 bath ranch has been remodeled throughout the past 9 years. The gourmet kitchen has been expanded and remodeled with wood mode cabinetry and large breakfast room for entertaining.
When you enter this lovely home you will appreciate the oversize living room and spacious family room. Enjoy your views from the spacious master with a wall of custom closets, private bath with additional cabinetry and a large ceramic tile shower with frameless door. Three other spacious bedrooms and a zen/meditation bedroom has its own full bath and views of the private yard. An office overlooks the gorgeous backyard with exclusive privacy and gorgeous scenery.
Enjoy nature from all of your windows and have your barbecues on the oversized deck, with a fire pit coffee table overlooking nature. Close proximity to the train station, major highways and adorable Yardley downtown for shopping, dining and entertainment and other notable Bucks County towns like New Hope and Lambertville.
