Escape the cold and enjoy sunny skies and gorgeous views in this fully furnished, well-appointed home on the Coyote Wash Golf Course. Overlooking the 16th hole and the lake with the gorgeous Gila Mountains in the background. This two bedroom, two Bath home is designed for comfort, relaxation, and good times. Perfect for Snowbirds looking to swap snowflakes for sunsets! This home is also set up as the perfect couples retreat.

SPACIOUS LIVING AREAS
Enjoy a Large open-concept living room with a massive 75" HD TV with cozy seating - Perfect for movie nights or game days. All TV's have Direct TV and Streaming so you won't miss a thing.

COMFORTABLY SLEEPS FOUR
Primary suite: Master bedroom with a king bed, dresser and 2 night stands and a connected TV. Master bathroom with ADA walk-in shower, seperate toilet room, two sinks and a large walk-in closet with a shoe bench.

Bedroom 2: (Could be useful for second couple)
Quiet and private from the rest of the house. king bed and has its own bathroom and Casita and TV/DVD.
Casita:
Attached to bedroom two with its own entrance, Comfy seating and pull out sofa bed, TV and blu ray player and seperate air conditioner/heater.

GOURMET KITCHEN AND DINING
Massive kitchen with all dishware and cookware you need to cook up a feast even with your friends chatting with you (Helping!) Includes bar seating for two, and a charming two seat breakfast nook for morning coffee and a dining room with a 6 person dining table.

OUTDOOR LIVING AT ITS BEST
Relax on the stunning back patio with views of the 16th hole and a tranquil dock that attracts a variety of beautiful birds.
Be a Grillmaster out on the propane BBQ.
Unwind under the pergola by the fire pit and soak in those magical Gila Mountain sunsets.
There's also a lovely seating area on the front porch for a quiet cup of tea or visit with neighbors walking by.

Highly recommended! We had a very comfortable 3 night visit while seeing family in Wellton. Very spacious with great views on the back patio. We hope to be back!

The hosts were great and so very accommodating! The house is wonderful…great layout. We were able to celebrate Christmas with our parents and utilize both indoor and outdoor space.

The home is so warm and cozy! Everything you need is provided from toiletries in the bathroom to waters in the fridge. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of four. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Wellton.

This was our second time staying here in just a few months. Our stay was perfect, once again. The two bedrooms both have king sized beds now, which is so nice. My niece said the king bed in the second bedroom was “the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on”. The home is spotless and everything you need for a wonderful vacation is provided. The host, Tad, is so responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this home for a quiet, relaxing vacation.

The house was amazing!! The setting was so beautiful and peaceful! Easy to communicate with the owner. Appreciated they had a lot of kitchen food and drink ready to use. We left plenty for the next renter too. We hope to stay again

Our family moved here from Oregon after a 7 year stay in Australia. We love Arizona with its art inspiring desert and the purple mountains. We hope you love the warmth and the many things to do all over the state.

Wellton is away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, and has all that one needs to live a peaceful life. The community is happy and welcoming, and there are many things to do, or just a beautiful place to sit and watch the birds.

The back veranda of Darlene's On The Pier looks out over the golf course lake of the 16th hole of the Coyote Wash Golf Course. The little lake has a lovely dock where the birds like to land and sun themselves. Beyond the lake to the west, the sun sets over the Gila mountains. There is a pergola with a fire pit and a small lawn where you can challenge your family to a game of corn hole. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has an ADA walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a small attached Casita that is set up as a living room. The Casita has its own air conditioner and heater and a fold out sofa bed. The kitchen is massive and has all the utensils you need to host a lovely thanksgiving dinner or have friends over for dinner and drinks. There is a laundry room and a two car garage. The house is fully furnished and has wifi. You will only need groceries , and your personal items to have a great time! If you have come with your RV or 5th wheel, there is an RV storage a few miles away.
