Ski enthusiasts will love the unparalleled access – you're just 0.5 miles from Big Boulder ski mountain and minutes away from Jack Frost ski resort. In warmer months, enjoy easy access to Big Boulder Lake. While not lakefront, the Lake Club entrance is a convenient 25-minute walk or short drive (3 min), offering seasonal lake access (Memorial Day to Labor Day with purchase of renter passes) for swimming, boating, and sunbathing.

Outdoor Space-private deck, sliding doors off the dining room area, sectional seating, table with 4 seats, motion detector light plus camera outside above the sliding glass door.

House Rules: ALL garbage must be thrown in the dumpsters located in the overflow parking lot before checking out.

Strip beds of used linens.

Wash all used towels in the washing machine and dry them completely in the dryer.

All used dishes, glasses, and utensils should be loaded in the dishwasher and the dishwasher run.

No pets ($300 fee if broken plus damages)
No smoking ($300 fee if broken)

BOULDER LAKE CLUB: Tennis courts, beach volleyball, boating, fishing, private beach with beach and lounge chairs provided, heated pool access & boat rentals (paddle boats, paddle boarding, catamaran, kayaking, battery powered boats, pontoon rentals etc.) (Lake community is open for summer Season. Additional fees for boat rentals.) Access to above amenities require purchasing renter passes. See rates below:

Weekly Renter Passes- $150 for 4 people, $25 per additional person per day (passes are for 7 consecutive days.)
