Located in the historic district of “Old Rockport” this luxurious beach house welcomes you to kick off your sandals, relax and stay awhile. This recently renovated, beautifully decorated coastal vacation home is located just two blocks from the beach and within walking distance to many of Rockport’s favorite spots, including Blue Wave Beach, ski basin, public boat ramp, bait shops, marina, cove harbor, small boutiques, local restaurants, and many of Rockport’s annual event venues.

Magnolia Mermaid offers comfortable sleeping for 10 with three bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom with king size bed and its own smart television, bedroom with queen bed, a third bedroom featuring queen lower bunk with single bunk above, comfy queen sofa sleeper and a twin daybed located in the sunroom for lounging or additional sleeping space. Outfitted with luxury linens and lots of pillows, plush towels.

French doors in the living room open to the relaxing sunroom which continues out to the backyard patio featuring a spacious deck with ambient lighting. The comfy sectional seating awaits your morning enjoyment! Enjoy grilling on the backyard BBQ pit. The front porch with its rockers is the perfect setting to sip your morning coffee, enjoy an evening glass of wine, or just soak up the coastal vibe. Rockport is known for its large bird population, so don’t be surprised if one of several beautiful island birds visits you! We are walking distance to the beach, ski basin. We have available two beach chairs, a pull buggy and toys for added fun!

High-speed internet and wifi is provided and the home features smart TV for streaming apps (Netflix, Amazon Prime movies, HBOMax) for use with your subscription credentials.

You’ll love the easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach from this seaside location watching the sunrise over the water. Downtown has some of the best shopping in the area with small local businesses offering creative coastal art, clothing, beach lifestyle home goods and more. You’ll find more than one treasure to commemorate your visit!

Convenient parking in one of two driveways in front or on the side of the house , well-let residential street. Boats can be parked in the driveway with convenient water hose available for rinsing off the saltwater.

Washer and dryer are onsite for your convenience.
