• Entry to the main living level is through the garage, then up one flight of stairs.
• Best suited for adults and older children.
• One well-behaved dog is welcome (no fee!)—leash required in the neighborhood.
• Security: Two driveway cameras and one keypad-entry camera.
• Connectivity: No cell service on-site, but Spectrum Fiber WiFi supports calls/messages via WiFi calling.
• TV: 58" streaming-only (free channels available).
• Road Conditions: Gravel mountain road—part of the adventure! Please arrive in daylight. 4WD is required in winter or wet conditions. Steep driveway with room for two vehicles.
• Neighborhood pool is not available to guests.
• No smoking, no parties, maximum occupancy 6.
