Guests have unlimited high speed wireless internet and a smart TV in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals and the house is close to grocery stores and the areas wonderful restaurants. Vacant land on both sides of the house plus a 6' high privacy back fence gives you lots of privacy. The back patio has a gas grill and table and chairs for your outdoor enjoyment. A large airconditioned sunroom is situated off the living room with comfortable furniture. Guests are provided a key for entrance to the private park of Rio Vista which offers a beautiful swimming area with stairs entering the river, a concrete boat ramp for launching a boat, nice bathrooms, picnic pavilions, volleyball court, area to launch the kayaks and beautiful grounds for enjoying your day at the river. Well behaved leashed dogs are welcome at the park. The park entrance is 0.5 miles from the house. There's ample parking for both cars and boat trailers on the paved driveway. Smoking is only permitted outside.
