This well-planned apartment offers a clean and comfortable place to unwind while visiting Columbus, with convenient amenities and stylish design touches. Situated in the historic German Village, just south of downtown Columbus, our neighborhood is known for its charming brick streets, preserved 19th-century homes, and vibrant community. Enjoy easy access to beautiful parks, unique shopping options, and delicious local restaurants. The area is also conveniently located near major employers such as Nationwide Children`s Hospital and Grant Medical Center, making it ideal for professionals.
Enjoy the convenience of quick access to major highways such as I-315, I-71, I-23, I-270, I-670. A car is recommended for this particular location. Bus options are also available.
Parking: One dedicated parking spot per apartment; additional street parking is available.
Shared Spaces: Access to a communal green space (fencing in progress).
Guest Access: Full access to the apartment and shared outdoor areas.
Communication: We`re committed to providing excellent service and are available for any questions or assistance during your stay. Guests will be well informed of all necessary information prior to check in through in app messaging. We pride ourselves in our communication! Guests have access via electronic keypad with private individual code provided before check in.
** Pets are allowed with approval of the host and with a $200 fee per pet. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancellation of your stay and a $500 fine and collection if necessary. **

• No parties. Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance. Parties may result in a $1,000 fee and immediate cancellation without refund.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or outside. Any evidence of smoking may result in a $1,000 fee and immediate cancellation without refund.
• Pets must be pre-approved. $35/night (up to $200) or $200 flat for 30+ nights. Unapproved pets = $1,000 fine and cancellation without refund.
• Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.
GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE
• Please treat the property as you would your own home.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors.
• In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours.
• No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
• The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property, inside or outside.
• Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.
• Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation.
• Additional cleaning or repairs may be billed. These are not covered by the $1,000 smoking violation fine.
• Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• No candles, incense, or strong-smelling substances.
• Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering.
• For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately.
