Shiloh Cottage is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. Perfectly suited for families or groups, this home features an open-concept layout that brings everyone together in a bright and airy living space. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making it ideal for entertaining or simply enjoying quality time after a day at the beach.
Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully arranged to ensure restful nights, including a primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom. The three full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for guests.
Step outside to discover one of Shiloh Cottage’s most beloved features—a welcoming outdoor sitting area complete with a mounted TV. Whether you're catching the big game or enjoying a movie night under the stars this space is perfect for making memories. The screened-in porch offers a tranquil spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening breeze, with plenty of seating.
Best of all, Shiloh Cottage includes easy beach access just moments away, so you’re never far from the sun, sand, or surf. After a fun-filled day on the shore, rinse off and unwind in your own private sanctuary.
With its blend of comfort, style, and location, Shiloh Cottage is the ideal beach getaway for those looking to relax and reconnect. Ideal for family vacations, weekend escapes, or an extended stay by the sea, this home is your personal slice of paradise.
BED CONFIGURATION:
1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 2 Bunk Beds
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-No smoking
-No pets allowed
-Beach access is to the right of house number 101
-Property has both propane and charcoal grill
-Guests do not have access to desktop computer
-Property has outdoor cameras for security purposes only
