Pinecone Cottage Hot Tub & Projector at Falls Lake

Come relax and have some fun with everything Canyon point resort has to offer! This private all-season cottage is only a 3-minute walk to falls lake. You will have everything at your fingertips, including deeded access to a private beach, dock, and boat launch to use our 2 kayaks! The cottage is equipped with a lovely hot tub on the deck overlooking the property with two chair hammocks! Landscaped with a gorgeous fire pit area, another lounge hammock under the trees and a screened in gazebo.

Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need, plus a coffee/bar cart to create all your favourite drinks easily. There is a lovely open concept Living room area that boasts plenty of natural sunlight that awakens all the warm wood tones around you in the room with a dozen board games and Roku to enjoy all Netflix and Prime video has to offer. The main bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two singles. followed by a 4-piece bathroom.

Canyon Point resort has much to offer, from deeded access to Falls Lake and Mockingjay lake, Private Dock, beach and boat launch. There are soccer nets and a volleyball net up the road as well as a playground!
Nova Scotia's Pristine Retreat
Falls Lake is a large, pristine lake deep enough for all kinds of water sports including canoeing, fishing, swimming and skating in the winter. There are seemingly endless miles of nature trails, access to the Annapolis Valley snowmobile system and cross country skiing trails all accessible to property owners.

Shuttle Bus offered from Bent Ridge winery with wine and beer tours Nova Scotia, more information provided at cottage.
Plenty of space for parking at the cottage.

Up the road 8 km (12 minutes from cottage)you will find a Lakeside variety store providing gas, NSLC, Zeno's takeout and tackle shop.
No Parties.
No glass in Hot Tub (plastic glasses available in cottage).
No Loud Noise after 11pm, please reduce sound levels then.
Clean Dirty Dishes upon checkout please.
No Pets, unless approved.
